I want to bring you attention to Amira (@support-amera, @amraabed). Her shoulder has been dislocated and a bone in her hand has been severely fractured. She is also suffering from cramps and spasms in all her four limbs.

As you all know, most of the medical facilities in Gaza have been destroyed. As of November, only 17 of Gaza’s 36 hospitals remain partially functional, only 36% of primary health centers are functioning, and Israel has damaged at least 130 ambulances. Medical staff are overwhelmed and burnt out treating the many wounded and ill with too little resources. Amira cannot get her injuries treated in Gaza and she wishes to evacuate to get the treatment she requires. However, travel cost and evacuation fees are insanely expensive, so she cannot do this without your help!

Our situation has become even more desperate because my father-in-law is battling advanced kidney cancer. His condition is deteriorating rapidly, and he urgently needs life-saving treatment that we cannot afford. Every day, I watch my husband grapple with the pain of seeing his father suffer while trying to provide for our little girl, who deserves so much more than the uncertainty we’re facing.

Hanan is too young to understand the gravity of what’s happening around her, but as her mother, I see how the instability affects her. She needs a safe home, proper nutrition, and the chance to grow up free from fear. Providing for her and ensuring my father-in-law gets the medical care he needs feels like an impossible task, but we are determined to fight for our family’s future.

Yesterday, my friend, Mohammed barely escaped with his life, when the area he was in, Mawasi Khan Yunis, was bombed by Israeli forces. He managed to survive but just barely.

Everything he and Faisal have worked for was almost taken away. Next time, they may not be able to make it out alive.

Right now there is a campaign up to help refill his water truck for deliveries, but he cannot do this without your donations and assistance.

After graduating with a 93% average, I enrolled at Khan Younis Training College (UNRWA), only to find that it’s now a shelter for displaced families instead of a place for education.

My younger brother, Ahmad, 14, is known as the "Doctor of the Future" because of his extraordinary talent in mathematics. However, the war has kept him out of school for two consecutive years. Ahmad is also a gifted football player who used to win tournaments, but the war has taken that away from him too.

The war forced our family to flee to Rafah, where we lived in a tent for several months. Every day is a struggle for survival—fetching water, gathering wood, and making a fire.
