I stumbled on this small baby figurine. the characters most impactful experience centers around the loss of his son.

so it's cheesy but sad to see the custom figurine with a replica.

I used this song in the finale when he briefly sees his sons spirit.

the key lyric for me was "I have died every day waiting for you"

I know it's meant to be about a partner but I feel like it still works.

because of how devastated the character was by the death, seeking revenge and feeling lifeless. It wasn't until act 3 of the series that the character buries the remains of his son he held on to.

His son made him feel like he wasnt completely despicable. That something so innocent and pure came from him.

That he was capable of love, though it took him until the end of the series to realize this completely.

Elon musk was referenced in the series before he bought Twitter. (During the live ARG)

He isn't essential for the narrative or important, but he and others are noted to reflect the underbelly of the elites, corruption and greed.

Which is what the network repersents and how affluent people warp and manipulate the world around them; while trying to hide their true intentions and workings.

In this wip from a graphic novel I'm working on, a prequel of sorts.

Is 13 and being made to work in these shows, the red rooms consist of demonic, necromatic like magic, these particular shows are called "the red game"

It involves summoning demons to torture the victims, guests pick the cards as part of the ritual.

Rhee's AI companion R1 as a prototype.

Based off a tamagotchi, Rhee made a little device to detect network chips and other stats.

R1 uses morse code beeps to communicate; or dimly flashes the screen (on silent mode)

Rhee was 12 in 2000, he took inspo from the little virtual pet.

As technology advances so does R1, but technology that Rhee and the network is aware of is more advanced than what is publicly known at the time.

This is based off a bit of truth when it comes to the government and other world leaders/organizations. Often knowing new tech and other advancements before it is made public.

RR came out in 2021 with ai storyline. Having an AI buddy doesnt seem out of this world a few years later. With R1 mentioning the AI war that would come to players.
