Every time my beloved and I are driving folks around we end up needing to explain the myth of Cassandra.
You see, Cassandra was a devotee of the god Apollo. Apollo wanted to smash real bad and blessed her with the gift of prophecy. But Cassandra did not return his feelings and Apollo was pissed. He couldn鈥檛 revoke a divine blessing but he added the condition that no one would ever believe her prophecies.
So that鈥檚 what we named our GPS. We disobey Cassandra at our peril. We may doubt or disbelieve her, but Cassandra always knows.
