3000 STRONK GIVEAWAY

So rather than make some typical 3000 thanks image, I figured I’m gonna do somethin for ya’ll. SO YOU KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS:

MUTHAFUCKING ART GIVEAWAY:

So here’s the deal. No crazy gimmicks. No “reblog for an entry.” Don’t even have to be following! (Although I’m not gonna complain if ya are!) Simply reply to this post with whatever ya fokkin feel like to be entered, yo. Obviously reblogs and such are still appreciated, but no pressure! (OH, and since someone asked, reblogs DO COUNT as entries! You only get one though, so no need to reblog if you already replied!)

The prize? Get some mediocre art from yours truly! I’m still a practicing amateur, so I’ll be keeping it restricted to 2 characters max. NSFW is allowed, but bear in mind it’s not typically what I do! If ya just want a character design, like one of those brothel gals, for instance, that’s cool too! It’s effectively whatever ya’ll want it to be. It’ll be fully colored and shaded to the best of my ability as well, so go nuts. If ya do win and you’re not sure if it’s something I’m willing to draw, just ask! If I can’t do it, I’m more than willing to work with ya until you find something you’d like done.

I’ll raffle for 2 winners come Saturday the 7th at 12:00pm EST. and announce them then! 

And finally, I have to thank ya’ll a ton. I honestly never thought I’d get to this point, and it feels real nice knowing that there’s people out there that at least like to see my art on their dashboard, the few times it shows up!

Art Theft by Old Navy

My art gets stolen all the time.

I have been through many copyright infringement cases - some have been resolved amicably, and there are ones that have taken more work. This case against Old Navy (Gap) is not getting resolved right now because Old Navy is denying copyright infringement. 

They are being totally unapologetic, and have said that it would be a “bad business decision” for me to expect to be reasonably compensated for the use of my art. Instead of compensating me, they have chosen to pay a large law firm to fight me, and have even asked the judge to order me to pay THEIR legal fees.

When a company as large and mainstream as Old Navy steals my art and profits from it, and is unapologetic about it, I cannot afford NOT to fight this. My lawyers and I will be fighting this for as long as it takes.

Hello everyone.

So today I have sad news to bring to you, I’ve been plagied.

I had some messages there telling me if I made a game that I released lastly, knowing I didn’t I asked no and wanted to know why many people asked me this, then they gave me a link to the Facebook page of the company :

I looked on it, and directly saw the icon that is, quasi my little pigeons I animate bouncing, then I was like “ mmm … maybe they were inspired but they could ask for permission because it’s way too similar for my taste, it’s really like my animations”  then I saw the videos and it was terrible.

You may already what I animate, but when I saw the video of the gameplay, I had no words.

All of my motions, bouncing animals, Dancing frames are exactly the sames !!

They totally copied my art !!!

So I contacted them, I wanted to be sure, they replied me that it’s for game and that my art is for animation so it’s not the same. Sigh 

So I told my friends about it, many tried tu put messages to discuss with them, no success. Some even were blocked when they put proof of my work.

I’m lost, I didn’t sleep last night because of this, I contacted lawyers and got some explanation, so it’s still going but I have to deal with it and I wanted you to know my current situation.

I share this with you because I’m an artist, this kind of thing happen to us WAY too often and I want to act, for me, for you, for any artists on the internet!

It have to stop!

I have so many proofs on my blog, but also you know me and my art well. 

I can’t let this pass and stay there.

All I wanted was just to spread happiness with my art, now some took all my dreams and hope to make money … but I’m fighting !

Please be aware of this and tell people that it’s total plagiat of my art.

Also as many said yes, it clearly also look like the trash dove from FB, it’s like they just took our ideas and fused them to make something that could make a buzz  I’m sooo disgusted.
