Evil Hermits backstory headcanon time!

I also call this the Emotion Clones AU sometimes!

The basic idea: all evil clones are born out of a hermit experiencing an emotion so strong the game glitches and creates a clone

How this works: each emotion is a parameter in the code assigned to every player. There's a limit on some negative emotions (not positive ones though). When reaching the limit, the game glitches out and creates a clone of the player to store the additional emotion information in.

What this leads to: the hermits slowly lose the ability to feel an emotion they have a clone in

Which clone is which emotion:

Evil Xisuma - sadness

Helsknight - guilt

BadTimesWithScar - envy

Joe Kills - anger

NPC Grian + Robo Grian - loneliness

Apathetic Xisuma - apathy

If enough people are interested in this AU I will release some backstories I have in mind!

After a fight with Mumbo, Grian decides he needs time away from his best friend. He works on his time machine to take his mind off of it, but during testing, he accidentally takes himself back to the worst years of his life. Highschool. With the time machine missing, and Mumbo following him to Yandere Highschool, the 2 Hermits have to find their way back to Hermitcraft and survive Sam and his antics all over again.

TL:DR - Grian and Mumbo are sent back to Yandere Highschool and have to find the time machine and get home.
