Tentative 'cover' for my new project. I'm actually not entirely pleased with it, so it might get revised, but I like it enough to throw it up here. At least I like the title design, hah.

More prep work - I had never actually designed their motorcycles, and since those are kind of central to the storyline I wanna draw, I had to rectify that.

Rune's bike, Harley (so named because her racing moniker is Poison Ivy) is a more contemporary model for the setting than Reyes' Gloria. He likes his classic bikes, sue him.

Reyes is a real boy now! Meaning I made some real tats for him instead of using half-assed placeholders, hah.

The floral is all Colorado wildflowers (where he was 'born'), and the cyber-sleeve doubles as an implant connected to his bike. The snake shoulder piece is mostly the same but I changed it to a rattler and more wildflowers.

The tiger and flame pieces are shitty leftovers from his host that he just hasn't bothered covering up, but they're all faded because he doesn't maintain them like the ones he actually got himself.

Posting the whole thing together because I can. They're trying so hard to insist this is just physical - one more successfully than the other.

Pt 4/4 - Yeah, Reyes didn't mean to cede ground, he just genuinely forgot what started this particular 'fight'.

Also yes they tend to beat the shit out of each other in bed - partly because they like not having to hold back (they're both pretty strong and most partners can't handle it), and partly because if they were gentle, once again, someone might think they like each other or something.

Pt 3/4 - Reyes, I don't think that's actually going to discourage her behavior at all...

Pt 2/4 - Reyes really ought to know better than to joke about these things. And also that Rune is his boss and can absolutely afford his rent if she wanted to to make a point.

As for Rune... yes, she would in fact rather drop several thousand credits than do anything Reyes says.
