So now that we have a few more details on what happened to the godlike, here's my guess as to the status of known godlikes:

A Godlike Watcher is still alive. This is mostly because they're the protagonist, and I don't think Obsidian would kill of a PC without player input, but I do think all of the gods that a PC can be the godlike of have a vested interest in keeping the Watcher alive.

Tekehu is canonically still alive, and you can find a transcript of his sermon. Ondra plays favorites.

I personally think Pallegina has not been called by Hylea. I DO think Hyea absorbed the majority of her godlike (and then wrung her hands about it) but Pallegina severed her chime, and I think that might have functionally cut her off from Hylea.

Vatnir I feel is 50/50. Rymrgand definitely does not care about him in the slightest, so there's no personal bias. You can find a note in Avowed that states that Vatnir left the Dead Flow, though it doesn't specific in the company of the Watcher, and has not returned. Rymrgand was also among the least concerned of the gods with the breaking of the Wheel, and he doesn't really work on short-term timescales. Entropy always wins in the end. But he IS invested in the Watcher. So it's possible that Vatnir's status changes based on if he was recruited--he's alive if he's with the Watcher, but he left the Dead Flow and was subsequently absorbed if he was never recruited.

As far as any non playable Godlike, I have not encountered any mentions of Llengrath having died (but I haven't finished the game yet), so either Galawain didn't claim her, or she saw the writing on the wall and transferred to her next, non godlike body. The only other really major NPC is Humaire from Seeker, Slayer, Survivor, and I unfortunately I don't think Galawain favors her enough not to slurp up her soul. Every other godlike from the first two games--crew like Handsome Eliam, Backer NPCs, shopkeepers, those pirates from Pallegina's personal quest--I think is probably gone.
