A little backstory

I work in retail I am part of a big company called Woolworths I live in Australia I have been apart of that company for many many years and I still work there.

I have seen the most horrible management and how they deal with team members are appalling to the point that others I have personally now and myself have had mental break downs.

You have no one to turn to because the moment bring light to the dark underbelly you are a scum the moment you mention your mental health you are laughed at and considered weak or my favour wording a sensitive snowflake.

I have been degraded, shamed, treated as stupid, gotten it to trouble o stupid reasons, targeted, punished and even threatened being fired over being sick due to medication I was taking and its effects on my body while I adjusted to it.

This is my rant page for myself and others who have worked in companies and get treated like absolute shit.

This is about releasing built up frustration from years of mental and emotional abuse from managers at work. I am here to share and release my own issues as well as help and be there for others.

This happens to many people and before someone says just leave ... its more than that I and others can't always just leave due to commitments lack of job opportunities etc or tell someone most have and haven't had any help and been treated worse for speaking up.
