If I see one more fucking person saying "oh well it was really fucking shitty of caitlyn to go in and expect sex from vi after jinx left her in the cell" I'm going to run away and live in a cave
Need I remind you all that Vi basically said, "I've lost everyone, including you, I am expecting you to ridicule me for it." And Caitlyn's IMMEDIATE RESPONSE was, "No, I'm choosing you because I love you."
People joke about how flirtatious the predictable line sounded, but to me, that was Caitlyn trying to lighten the situation, and for the fucking love of God, Vi was the the one who initiated.
Everyone seems to be like, "Caitlyn's a terrible person who only wanted to have sex with Vi." And they just. Forget. That it was Vi. Who initiated it in the first place.
I'm going to lose my mind, guys

In an exclusive statement shared with NBC News, Heard, who now lives in Spain, said: âSocial media is the absolute personification of the classic saying âA lie travels halfway around the world before truth can get its boots on.â I saw this firsthand and up close. Itâs as horrifying as it is destructive.â

I've seen it on Twitter and I can confirm that it's all true, the mod creator is super racist, bigoted, transphobic, harassing people, etc. They said they'll replace Safi and Vinh with white charcters as well.
It's gross.
Sending you this because I think you're a good person, but just so you know the person who made the DE Chloe mod is very creepy and doesn't deserve support. He has been harassing and sending threats to people who don't like his mod and has been criticizing him. One of the people was a minor who said the creator sent them porn on a burner account after saying they didn't like the mod. He is also being transphobic I believe and very racist, calling people who criticize him 'woke', him and his supporters saying 'woke people see racism in everything' and stuff. I don't know who to tell this to, but you seem like a very trustworthy person and a lot of people on LIS tumblr has a better moral compass than listwt. I believe we can make fan content, but I don't think it should go this way.
I have no way of confirming any of this or endorsing it but itâs true then
Yikes
Yikes
fucking yikes
This is so fucking embarrassing

Good Example Of What I Mean
**Spoilers For Arcane**
Okay. So, regarding my recent ranting on the topic of people making baseless arguments and by extension my harping on them, this is what I mean. And for the record, I'm not new to the internet. this sort of idiocy is far from cutting edge trolling. I know that. But as we are all here routinely in this space devoted to this story, I saw this earlier this morning and it happened to be a great example of what I posted last night.
First of all, I am not re-blogging the person who had posted it with sincerity because I broke my own rule and responded to an Arcane Critical post last night and woke up to 20+ comments this morning. That's on me. But I will say I am not mentioning this just because of one stupid meme. I have seen some variety of this statement countless ways:
"Caitlyn suffers for the first time and loses her mom and everyone acts like its an excuse to hurt all of Zaun".
This kind of thing right here is exactly what I mean when I say some of yall are just flat wrong. I can't tell if it is intentional or not, because you quite literally have to ignore massive chunks of the show to believe something like this, but at the end of the day when I say some takes are not worthy of discussion this is what I mean.
By the way, this isn't even about our man Silco here. I can't read enough to tell if anything in that box is real words or not but he has lived forty something years of history in this world. You better believe his box would be full. Because here's the thing. It isn't about agreeing or disagreeing with his reasons. It's about recognizing that he has them. THAT is consuming this story in a way that is worthy of respect and discussion.
But this?:
Survives being lured by child's voice to building fire by Jinx that kills six other enforcers
Almost killed by Jinx on bridge where Vi is also almost killed
Taken hostage nude in her child-hood home, forced to dress in Enforcer clothing and bound and gagged while Jinx tries to convince Vi to murder Caitlyn
Spares Jinx at Vi's request
Jinx smashes Caitlyn with gun and kills Caitlyn's mother, 2 other councilors, and blows up building
Attack squad of Zaunites crashes memorial killing several including almost Caitlyn and Vi
They know Jinx has weaponized hex-tech and has proven a threat
Comes up with plan for strike team after Vi (not blaming her she was right just pointing out) tells her they have to find a way to stop the invasion of Zaun.
Survives brutal fight with Sevika, saves Vi from Isha (presumably, we don't know if Isha would have shot), and after she held the shot for Vi the first time, Vi swore she was ready to end it this time, Vi blocks her shot. (Vi was right and Caitlyn was in complete mental health spiral, just giving some perspective).
After all that an incredibly talented manipulating warmonger takes over and that's all she wrote.
And of course that is to say nothing of the fact that the people I'm irritated with completely leave out the concept of Caitlyn's grief and trauma when considering her actions and story at all. Ignoring it in your consideration I can agree to label as ignorance. Disregarding it because you think the fact that she comes from privilege means she is unaffected by extreme traumatic violence and loss, or worse undeserving of recognition and care from it, that I'm afraid is a question of humanity.
As I have stated before none of this is to say I expect anyone to agree with everything or even anything Caitlyn did. She is a complex character and her decisions in many cases are SUPPOSED to be hard/impossible to accept. The way we each connect to these characters and this world is what makes it special. But stuff like this? You can do better.

Real! I hate them too, they're so annoying. Like hating them Double Exposure then turning around and taking about how much they like Safi doesn't make sense at all.
i hate fake safi fans like genuinely. why and how do u talk about hating douvle exposure yet you thirst over safi.. and when i say thirst i DONT mean it lightly because the only thing these fake safi fans like is how she LOOKS. not ONE word about her trauma or ANYTHING about her actual character and what makes her safi. just her looks. do not piss me off.

Safi Deserves So Much More Understanding
I just need to get this off my chest because people are so quick to judge Safi, but honestly, her story is heartbreaking, and sheâs been through things most people canât even imagine. It's so easy to call her immature or arrogant or even "bad" because of her god complex, but nobodyâs actually stopping to understand why she is the way she is.
Letâs start with her mom, Yasmin. Safi has every right to be messed up given the emotional neglect she suffered. As Safi herself puts it:
"Mum was broken, and the way that she dealt with being broken was to make sure I wasn't. I was her project, proof that she didnât need him to do something right."
Her mother didnât give her love or supportâshe made her daughter into a project, something to fix to prove she didnât need her father around. Imagine growing up like that. No warmth, no empathy, just a constant feeling of being used for someone elseâs validation. And Safi, in her pain, wanted to be the perfect child for her mom. She says,
"I remember wishing so much I could just be the way she wanted me, magically, instead of struggling all the time and still falling short. Then I started wishing I could be someone entirely. Then, one day, I could."
The pressure to be perfect for a mother who would never accept her for who she really wasâhow could that not break someone? So yes, Safi eventually did gain powers to change herself, but it wasnât out of maliceâit was out of desperation. A desperate need to escape from the cage her mother built for her. She was traumatized by that.
And then there's Maya Okada, Safiâs best friend. Safi loved her so much, and Maya was so brilliant, so fucking smart, as Safi says. The injustice Maya facedâher work stolen by Lucas, which essentially killed herâis something Safi could never forgive herself for. She even says,
"What Lucas did to her? Stealing her work? It essentially killed her."
But whatâs worse is that Safi blamed herself for it.
"And as incandescently angry I am at Lucas, at everyone, I'm so much angrier at myself. God, I... I told her to stay quiet about it. My silence catapulted Lucas fucking Calmenero to literary stardom and sent Maya to an early grave."
Safi told Maya to stay quiet. She was silent, and Maya paid the price. That guilt? It haunted Safi. And it didnât end there.
Now, we all know Safi is a secretive person. Iâm willing to bet she never told Maya about her powers. She never shared that burden because, for Safi, that would be another thing to hide, another thing to be judged for. All of this was building up in her. She was drowning in grief, guilt, and trauma. Her best friend died, and she couldnât even share what she was going through with her. But Safi poured all of that pain into her writing. Her book, as she says:
"Every part of that collection was about Maya. Maybe I told it a little too clearly."
She loved Maya so much, and her book was her way of processing everything, but her momâher own motherâwas the one who canceled it.
Safiâs mom, Yasmin, canceled Safiâs book deal.
Let that sink in. After everything Safi went through, her mom crushed her dream, just like she crushed Safi herself. Yasmin even kept Safiâs father from her. Her own mother tore her apart from the inside out, and Safi never had a chance to feel loved or accepted.
And then... Safiâs death. The most tragic part of all of this. The assisted suicide. Itâs hard to even talk about because itâs so real and raw. At one point, Safi says:
"Stop stalling, Max, you saw what happened. There wasnât any of me left. It was all Moses, and Vinh, and Lucas, and Gwen. It hurts so much, I hurt so many people. Help me fix it, please."
In that moment, Safi was begging for help. She had been so broken by everythingâher guilt over Maya, the betrayal by her mom, her own strugglesâand she felt like there was nothing left of her. She wasnât just hurting herself; she was hurting everyone around her, and it was eating her alive. The pain of it all shut her down. She wanted it to stop, she needed it to stop.
Yes, Safi lashed out. She shot her mom. And yes, that caused a lot of bad things to happen. But does anyone really think she wasnât justified? She's only 25, and her life had been nothing but trauma and betrayal. She didnât know how to deal with it anymore. She had spent her whole life carrying that burden. And it was too much.
She said at the end of the game:
"I spent my whole life thinking I was the only one, knowing I could never tell anyone."
She had no one to turn to, no one who understood her, and everything she thought she knew came crashing down.
So, no, Safi is not a "bad person." Sheâs someone whoâs been abused, neglected, and forced to keep it all inside. Sheâs someone who is hurting beyond what most people could comprehend. Sheâs someone who deserves understanding, not judgment. She was a product of her trauma, and while she made mistakes, itâs not fair to dismiss her as just "immature" or "bad." People need to stop seeing her as a villain and start recognizing the brokenness that made her who she is.

People only hate Double Exposure because Chloe isn't in it and it's so obvious, that weird mod which replaces Amanda with her is just proof of that.
The mod creator is also racist towards Amanda which is just disgusting.
