The main component of health is healthy food because it makes your body healthier and helps you exercise at the same time to make your diet more balanced. Healthy food also helps you avoid serious diseases like cancer because it lowers your risk of getting sick, which has many other advantages. Food that is healthy makes it even better. You feel more energised as a result. Healthy food is very important to us because it can also take care of us by eating it, as students we need enough nutrition to be more productive in studying and our body to be healthy to avoid malnutrition like in elementary school students, there are many programs for healthy food through feeding programs that the government makes to prevent malnutrition in the country, but many people are starving throughout the country due to a lack of nutrition and food because of It guards you against a variety of degenerative noncommunicable diseases, including cancer, diabetes, and heart disease. Healthy food is help you to improve your energy and boost your metabolism, you need to work out for balanced your diet.The significance of eating well cannot be stressed, to sum up.
