Nice try, Purrloin, but after five years in eval, I'm immune to cuteness tactics; no human snacks for you!

Yes, we can use your trainer ID to find and return an accidentally released Pokemon if you contact us before we've relocated it, but if you've just released a whole bunch and only want one or two back, we're going to give you the side-eye. Once we've moved them to their new home, wild or otherwise, they're out of our hands and we're probably not going to waste our time going through all those records to find where one specific Pokemon went four months ago and whether it's been caught or traded since then.
There's a reason the prompt asks if you're sure about the release, people

I don't know how everyone else feels about it, but those guys who run hyper training sessions save us from sooo much mass breeding/releasing for the low low price of some junk after a beer; Twins bless you, bottlecap freaks

I wish the Ranger Union was less stingy with their Styler licenses, it'd make relocation a lot easier

Like 30% of Oceana's ecosystem consists of species introduced by humans for one reason or another, so the question of Responsible Release is always an interesting one to ask - there's barely a consensus on what "native" even means. I usually default to sending Remote Rehome Pokémon overseas to where the question is less complicated. It takes up a lot more of my day than it really should.
Yours truly, @ladycorella.
P.S. Can I turn you loose on the eastern exit of Eucalypt Grove? They've sent me 26 unidentified Eggs to Remote Rehome since I started counting.
At least avoid introducing anything new to the wild, so many species have been driven to extinction or endangerment from reckless introduction, Oceana has so many rare and unique species that would be a tragedy to lose because someone wanted a cool dragon that turned out to be harder to handle than they bargained for =/
Get me a ticket over and I'll set them straight =)))

We don't need more fossil Pokemon available to the public; keep them in zoos or other properly accredited facilities or let them stay dead.
if you're a pokéblog rb this with an unpopular opinion. state no reasoning

Tinkaton are considered an incredibly dangerous invasive species in Galar due to their potential to completely disrupt the ecosystem, and as such there’s incredibly strict guidelines and legal requirements to bring one into Galar, and an incredibly hefty fine for failure to follow these guidelines.

Hello everyone! Mod Zoroark - the one running @darktypehuman - here! I decided to go ahead and make the network account for pokeblogging accounts! This blog is still a heavy wip, as I'm still working on the blank copy of the bio, but I hope to start adding accounts as soon as possible!
I'm restricting it to just pokeblogging accounts (IE, those who mostly just pretend to be their oc on tumblr, and don't like, rp in-person interactions between characters primarily) since I think if I listed every person who uses the pokemon irl tag I would be here forever.
Please spread this post around to let everyone know about this account! @realpokemon Hope it's okay to tag you, you're the most popular account I know of for this!

Look, to any trainer who releases their Pokemon in person: I know it feels more "personal," but please please please use the storage system release function; it sends the Pokemon to us so we can evaluate if it's even releasable and send it to the right place so it won't destroy the local ecosystem, and to rehome Pokemon that can't be safely released to the proper trainers or facilities.
Releasing on the spot is how you get Unova's out-of-wack ecosystem (thanks Team Plasma) and we have to send someone to re-catch them, which is just stressful for everyone.
Also a big fuck you to mass-breeders and anyone who releases fossil Pokemon, I hope a Joltik makes a nest in your fusebox.

(New sideblog for pokeblogging in character as a relocator for released pokemon; not really used to rp-ing, so give me a sec to get used to it)
