The Craft came out in 1996. Strangers With Candy started airing in 1999. At the end of the episode Principal Blackman decides that messing around with witchcraft is pointless superstition and organizes an event in which the Big Titty Goth GF High Priestess is either burned at the stake or tied up and thrown into the pool to see if she floats

Jerri, of course, learns nothing
