Using eye creams containing ingredients that target sagging skin like elastin, retinol, and niacinamide help bring back elasticity and revive the skin around the eyes. Vitamin C derivatives and isoflavones are other ingredients to consider. Keep in mind that black circles are difficult to hide with makeup, so it’s best to deal with them as soon as you notice them.

What can you do at home for bradycardia?
Bradycardia is often the result of another heart condition, so taking steps to live a heart-healthy lifestyle will usually improve your overall health. The steps include:
Having a heart-healthy eating plan that includes vegetables, fruits, nuts, beans, lean meat, fish, and whole grains. Limit alcohol, sodium, and sugar.
Being active on most, if not all, days of the week. Your doctor can tell you what level of exercise is safe for you.
Losing weight if you need to, and staying at a healthy weight.
Not smoking.
Managing other health problems, such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and diabetes.

SPIDER VEINS
APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
Thanks to its anti-inflammatory properties, apple cider vinegar is an excellent treatment for spider veins. It helps to bring down the swelling and improves blood flow.
Dip a cotton ball or a piece of cloth in apple cider vinegar diluted with an equal amount of water.
Place it over the affected veins and leave it for 20 to 30 minutes.
Rinse it off with water.
Repeat the procedure twice a day.
You can also apply cider vinegar on your skin and gently massage the area. Do this every day before going to bed and again the next morning until you see positive results. Just avoid applying too much pressure while massaging the areas
Aloe Vera is known for its rich nutritional properties and anti-inflammatory qualities. The mixture of Aloe Vera, carrot, and apple cider vinegar is probably one of the most efficient natural homemade remedies to shrink swollen veins and relieve pain. You’ll need 3 Aloe Vera leaves, a carrot, and 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar.
~~~~
Aloe Vera w/ Apple Cider
To start with, extract the gel from the Aloe Vera leaves.
Pass the carrot through a blender or food processor and mix it with Aloe Vera gel.
Add half a cup of apple cider vinegar to make a smooth, homogenous paste.
Apply the paste over veiny areas, leave it on for 30 minutes, and wash off.
It’s also advised to apply it before going to bed and leave it overnight to get the desired effect.
Rinse it off with cold water the next morning.
Aging ingredients
•Sulfates: These are harsh, corrosive, and drying ingredients you’ll find in your cleansers, body washes, shampoos, and even in your toothpastes. As we told you in this post, these chemicals are also used in floor scrubbing solutions, engine degreasers, and car-wash soaps. They cause skin irritation and corrosion, and over time, lead to increased dryness. You know what that means—more visible fine lines and wrinkles. In fact, studies have indicated that very thing—that sulfates can age the skin. Avoid “sodium laureth sulfate” and “sodium lauryl sulfate.” Sulfates (sodium laureth sulfate, sodium lauryl sulfate): These are strong cleansers. But for your skin and scalp, they are likely to be irritating and drying, which means more signs of aging.
•Certain alcohols: Look at one of your anti-aging skin products and you may find ingredients like “SD alcohol, ethanol, methanol, benzyl alcohol, isopropyl alcohol, and ethyl alcohol.” These are all drying ingredients that strip away skin’s natural oils and lead to premature aging and irritation. These can be drying, depending on content in the product.
lanolin alcohol
Rating: GOOD
Categories: Emollients, Skin-Replenishing
Emollient derived from lanolin. Despite the “alcohol” in the name, this ingredient is not a skin sensitizer. Instead, it’s a fatty alcohol that can greatly benefit dry skin because it helps defend against moisture loss and maintain a supple feel on skin.
• Ethanolamines DEA, MEA, TEA: We talked about these ammonia compounds in a former post. In addition to potential links to cancer, these ingredients are drying to the skin and hair. They can also cause allergic reactions, resulting in redness and inflammation. All of these results produce an overall aging effect. (DEA, MEA, TEA): These cause allergic reactions, irritation to eyes, and drying of hair and skin. Worse, the European Commission prohibits DEA in cosmetics to reduce carcinogenic nitrosamines. [3]
Mineral oil: It comes from petroleum, and it forms a sort of film over the skin, clogging pores and hindering the skin’s natural ability to cleanse itself. With extended use, it can encourage acne and actually irritate and inflame skin. The result is an aging effect that can make fine lines and wrinkles much more visible.Petroleum products (propylene glycol, mineral oil, baby oils, many fragrances, etc): These clog pores and encourage acne; may inflame skin. Lead to fine lines and wrinkles being more visible
Chemical sunscreens: Many so-called chemical sunscreens like oxybenzone, benzophenone-3, and octyl methoxycinnamate can actually encourage free radical damage when exposed to sunrays. If the formula contains a good balance of antioxidants with the chemical sunscreen, the damage may be limited, but so far, we don’t have enough research to know exactly what that balance needs to be. Free radicals and UV exposure are the primary causes of wrinkles and fine lines. You can read more about how some sunscreens may actually damage skin at the Environmental Working Group’s (EWG’s) 2013 Guide to Sunscreens. Find recommendations for the best ingredients here.
•Parabens (benzoic acids, butyl ester, methylparabe, ethyl ester, etc.): These are the xenoestrogens I’ve written about extensively. They mimic estrogen, contributing to estrogen dominance, or block estrogen receptors, which causes estrogen deficiency. They contribute to skin and breast cancer, low testosterone, and DNA damage.
•Formaldehyde (formalin, formic aldehyde, methyl aldehyde, etc.) and formaldehyde releasers (DMDM hydantoin, Dimethylol-5,5-dimethylhydantoin, etc.): These are basically very irritating, causing allergic reactions in 57 percent of subjects in one study.
•Artificial colors and dyes: Anyone may have obvious or subtle sensitivity reactions to these.
•Triclosan: This is an antibacterial and antifungal agent. According to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, [4] it alters hormonal regulation in animals and contributes to bacterial resistance to antibiotics. According to a 2008 study (as per the Mayo Clinic [5] ), triclosan was detected in the urine of nearly 75 percent of the U.S. children and adults sampled.
•Phthalates (dibutyl phthalate, dioctyl 2,6-naphthalate, dibutyl 1,2-benzenedicarboxylate, etc: This is a solvent found in nail products, blush and bath oils. It’s shown to cause birth defects in animals, and it damages male reproduction. In a 2002 study by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, every participant tested positive for phthalates.
Tummy fat
2. Eat More Fiber, Especially Soluble Fiber
Soluble fibers absorb large quantities of water and slow down the passing of food through the digestive tract.
This has been shown to delay stomach emptying, causing the stomach to expand and make you feel full (7, 8Trusted Source).
Furthermore, soluble fiber may decrease the number of calories your body is able to absorb from food (9Trusted Source).
By eating soluble fiber, you are also less likely to accumulate fat around your organs, which reduces your waist circumference and the risk of several diseases (10Trusted Source).
One observational study showed that each 10-gram increase in daily soluble fiber intake decreased fat gain around the midsection by 3.7% over five years (11Trusted Source).
Good sources of soluble fibers include oats, flaxseeds, avocados, legumes, Brussels sprouts and blackberries.
Oatmeal and oat bran
Apples, citrus fruits, and strawberries
Beans, peas, and lentils
Barley
Rice bran
3. Take Probiotics
Probiotics are live bacteria that are suggested to play a big role in weight loss and weight maintenance (12Trusted Source, 13Trusted Source).
Overweight and obese people have been shown to have a different composition of gut bacteria than normal-weight people, which may influence weight gain and fat distribution (14Trusted Source, 15Trusted Source, 16Trusted Source).
A regular intake of probiotics may shift the balance towards beneficial gut flora, reducing the risk of weight gain and fat accumulation in your abdominal cavity.
Some strains of probiotics have been shown to be particularly effective at reducing belly fat. These include (17Trusted Source, 18Trusted Source, 19, 20Trusted Source, 21Trusted Source):
Lactobacillus fermentum
Lactobacillus amylovorus
Lactobacillus gasseri
Probiotic foods include some types of yogurt, kefir, tempeh, kimchi and pickles.
There are also a wide variety of probiotic supplements available. However, these supplements usually contain several strains of bacteria, so make sure to pick one that contains at least one of the strains mentioned above.. Eat Foods Rich in Monounsaturated Fatty Acids
Monounsaturated fatty acids are liquid at room temperature and usually categorized among the "good fats."
Studies show that diets high in monounsaturated fatty acids may prevent the accumulation of tummy fat, the most dangerous type of fat (35Trusted Source, 36Trusted Source).
The Mediterranean diet is an example of a diet that is high in monounsaturated fatty acids, and it has been linked to many health benefits, including a reduced risk of central obesity (37Trusted Source, 38Trusted Source).
Foods high in monounsaturated fatty acids include olive oil, avocados, nuts and seeds.
12. Avoid Liquid Calories
Sugary soda, fruit juices and energy drinks are generally loaded with sugar and liquid calories.
It is also very easy to drink large quantities at a time, resulting in an abundance of empty calories.
The thing with liquid calories is that your brain doesn't register them like it registers solid calories. Therefore, you'll end up consuming these calories on top of everything else that you eat or drink (64Trusted Source, 65Trusted Source).
One study showed that each daily serving of a sugar-sweetened beverage increased the risk of obesity by a whopping 60% in children (66Trusted Source).
These drinks are also generally loaded with fructose, which has been linked directly to belly fat gain (67Trusted Source, 68Trusted Source, 69Trusted Source).
