due to the information thats come to light about the appropriativenes of white people using princex i been coming up with some gender neutral prince/ss stuff myself
before i knew about princex, i made up a word princez that I had used ( (for an androgynne royalty character of mine.) and I thought id share that and some other alternatives I came up with so that no appropriation princex of the term is needed **edit: bad phrasin, appropration is neve r'needed’, what i meant was more ‘has no excuse’ so if you need a prince/ss title for an non binary character/whatevr here are some i came up with and their explanations [note that a lot of these are androgynous ones and not necessarily gender neutral] : princez mentioned above proounced “prince-ez” with a short e its supposed to be a vocalzation of “prince/ss”, with the z standing in for the /ss princey pronocuned “prince-ay” long a the “ey” at the end coems from the word ‘they" princyne prounncede prinseen the ynne comes from “androgynyne” princi prounounced “princey” not really any realy thoght behind this one I just thought it sounded pretty cute. princao prouncounced prince-ow a and o are often used as feminine and masculine endings, so i figured combine then . princeu (or possibly also princeus) prounounced “prince-oo” or “prince-oos” again, another cute looking one. I’m using U again as a place alternative for a feminne a or o ending. Princepress prouncnced as written pretty much this is a comibination of the masculine prince and the feminine 'empress' I’ll add more as I think of them. Anyone is free to use any of these to their liking instead of using princex, that way princex can stay for those that it belongs to new ones: princelle prouncnced as you’d think it is 'elle’ is a feminine…thing, so i added it to teh end of masculine princ(e)

I've seen a lot of the ref lang floating around and was trying to think of them for Lurkerian as well. These are what I settled with/on + relationship & x4x term for extra lol.
Glian; general child/minor term for Lurkerian. (From the word Gleaming.)
Enfall: general adult term for Lurkerian. (From Evenfall.)
Duskfriend: partner term for Lurkerian. (From the word dusk.)
Dusnion/Dusnioship: relationship term for a relationship between lurkerians. (Dusk + companion [+ ship])
Pleidusian; a lurkerian4lurkerian/Lurkerian loving lurkerians term. (Pleiades + dusk)
Gonna make flags when able to, but this will be the official coining post for these.

Xynth: A referential term for a person or being with no reference to any gender, though it is distinctly not male, female, masculine, feminine, neutral, null, nor anything in between. It may be used by xenogender folks who feel that their gender is distinct enough to use a unique term not derived from anything else - xin, xenby, xip, xenan, etc. still reference an inherent xenity, so someone may prefer to use something else. Xynth is a removal from genderedness without using vague ungendered terms like "person." It is not a genderless term, but can be used to denote one's distance from conventional human gender. It is also inclusive of alterhumans who prefer non-anthrocentric terms.
The plural can be xynths or xynthen.
The symbol in the center of the flag represents the planet Haumea and the colors are simply ones I thought might look good together.

Occunous Referential Language
you know how some words are gendered, like wife, or brother, or aunt? yeah we made some of those for occunous, just to be self-indulgent. the 'typical' word is on the left, the occunous version is on the right. you don't have to use these if you're occunous, and you can use them if you're not, they're just for fun & comfort!!
Auntcle: Scyne Child: Pupilin (plural 'pupilren') Datemate: Viewfriend, horrorfriend Grandparent: Grandsecuren, grandsese, grandseesee, grandsee Nibling: Desling Parent: Securen, sese, seesee, renny Sibling: Descryn, des, dessy Spouse: Beholdarling, beheld Unspecified family member: Sclerative Unspecified partner: Sight
sclerative was made with chosen/found family in mind, but isn't limited to that. sight, along with viewfriend/horrorfriend and beholdarling/beheld, can be used for any partner; it doesn't have to be romantic
we got a lot of help from our chosen family Tanagerbirds with this, thank you again so much!!! we'll be adding etymology and our thought processes for coining these in a reblog in order to not make this post too long lol
