So I am actively working on refreshing, editing, and finishing about 99% of my Glee fics so I can crosspost them on AO3! (I’m still keeping them all on FF.net as well, I just want to post them up on that site too, particularly because I can post things in chronological order in their correct universes so they’re easier to read!)

Also. In case you were wondering. I have 85 separate documents of Glee fics to work on. That’s without fics being separated into chapters, and not including all the stuff I wrote but never posted.

Hi, friends!

I know it’s been a long time since I’ve posted anything. Well, here’s what’s been going on. I’m actually not 100% ready to write this, but I’ve been getting a ton of anon hate about it, so I figure I need to say something.

First off, I have a new tumblr: themetatphorgirl.tumblr.com. You’re welcome to come follow me there! If you don’t want to follow me, that’s fine. But why do I have a new tumblr?

Here’s the short version: I started a new tumblr because I need a fresh start. Eight months ago, shortly after our anniversary, my husband announced he’s just not the marrying type, he never wanted to marry me in the first place, he doesn’t love me like that and isn’t sure if he ever did,and yeah, could we separate? It really hurts, especially since I’ve dealt with him cheating on me four different times in the course of our nearly five year marriage and stupidly trusted him every time he said “I’m sorry, I love you, it won’t happen again.” 

So unless things change, no, I am not married anymore. No, I will not answer your anon messages about my marriage. My new themetaphorgirl tumblr is a safe space for me and I fervently hope that is something that can be honored. Hateful messages will be deleted, but pictures of kittens, words of encouragement, and offers of eligible bachelors are all welcome. (mostly kidding about the eligible bachelors).

tl;dr: Well, kids, it looks like I’m getting divorced. I have a new tumblr that doesn’t have include my history with him. It’s my safe space so please don’t harass me about everything there, it’s painful.

My senior trip is to Disney in approximately two years and I'm practically praying you'll still be working there so I can fangirl.

I may very well might be!! Disney is turning out to be the best career option I've found since I graduated from college. I have a particular goal I'd like to reach :)

At Disney, are there just random characters walking around or is it a case of you have to queue up and stuff? At Paris, we were really dissapointed with the lack of character interaction. We met seven but on saw one walking about and that was Snow White on her way to the Princess Pavilion.

It depends on where you are. Disneyland in California allows their characters to roam, but here in WDW our characters have designated spots and times. Why? Because people are horrible. Guests have been known to assault characters, try to follow them backstage, prevent them from leaving for their breaks...so not only do characters have their designated areas, but they have to have attendants to guard them in case something goes wrong. I hate it when people get pissed off that the characters don't wander around. It's because of horrendous guest behavior that it had to be changed, not because Disney is trying to ruin your vacation!

Oh also, before I get distracted again, seeing you posting again makes me very happy. I'm proud of the fact that your not letting what happened with the Klaine book people stop you from writing again.

Thank you!! :D I'm a sensitive soul and I take everything way too personally, but I refuse to let something as poorly handled as the book project get me down. :)
