Hey guys. I haven’t been online for much other than talking to my friends and attempting to distract from the recent events. If you’re curious; Harvey flooded our home of many years, something that’s never happened in all the time I’ve lived here. It was scary and I was convinced this was possibly the end, that we’d die without help. We sat in the darkness of our home for hours, without food or water or even sleep, as water filled the house up to our knees. At approximately eight or nine in the morning some kind men rescued us from the water and escorted us to a local dry spot. Unfortunately there were no restrooms or places to eat, and so we sat cold and wet and in need of multiple things. I’m not surprised if any of us are sick from the disgusting shit we were exposed to. My father set up a GoFundMe for our recovery, as many clothes and resources, including our HOUSE, were lost. It’d be so appreciated if anyone could donate just a little. Every bit counts! I’m sorry to anyone suffering from Harvey and wish them the very best. Thank you!
