Wall Pull Ups: I did 50 regular difficulty, then about 20 with a bit of enhanced difficulty. I'm gonna push harder to go until actual failure, not just boredom lol.
Jackknife squats: these made no gd sense. So I just did regular squats: 20/15
I also did a bunch of walking (5k steps!), planning to go for a short run maybe?
