Currently working a 12am-6am shift where I sit around and do nothing for 6 hours so rather than preparing for my final in two days or finish my paper due tomorrow I am instead catching up on some of my Steter wips 😭

My brain is so fried from finals season rn but I've been writing in my spare time so TRUST that once May rolls around I've got stuff ready to be posted

I come up with a fic idea.

I outline the direction I want the fic to go in.

I get obsessed with the idea and write a few thousand words of it.

I post the first 2-3 chapters of it.

I realize that my outline no longer makes much sense with what I've already written.

My momentum screeches to a halt.

I stop writing for a while as I try to either rework my outline or find a new direction.

I come up with a new fic idea. Rinse and repeat.
