𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝗠𝗨𝗖𝗛 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗲𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿? . Writing. ✍🏽 . Not publishing. . Not spewing your anger across the internet to strangers. . Not villifying everyone who doesn't agree with you to anyone who will listen. . Simply write your thoughts. . Get to know yourself. Just you and your notebook 📓 𝐀𝐬𝐤 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟: Why am I angry? . 𝐀𝐬𝐤 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟: What really happened? What are the facts? . 𝐀𝐬𝐤 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟: What can I learn from this? What does this make possible? What are other sides to the story I may be missing? . Get the junk out of your head. Partial sentences. Mere words. Don't stop for grammar, punctuation, anything at all❗ . I challenge you to keep your pencil to the paper and write for a solid 10 minutes without pausing at all. . Then let it sit.... . For a day... . For 3 days... . For a week... . And then pull the gems out -- the golden nuggets of reason you might find -- and publish those. If there are none...throw it away.... ...and keep writing. p.s. It doesn't have to be anger. You can write through any thought or emotion you have. It's incredibly healing. Will you take up the challenge and write freely, truthfully, unashamedly...for yourself...for 10 minutes this week? #writingtoheal #resilience #resiliencecoach https://www.instagram.com/p/CXREEDirP9h/?utm_medium=tumblr

I recently surveyed my email list and they responded like crazy. It's incredibly difficult to find a REAL solution to tough stories (i.e., tough relationships). Challenges like: --moving forward without looking back --shame --no resolution to damaged relationships --mental blocks like "What will people think?" --desire for closure --fear... don't want to do the wrong thing --doing it alone --negative self-talk --living in darkness, can't find the light --getting him out of my head, why did he do this? --getting past the hurt and trauma --self-forgiveness --anxiety, feeling stuck --letting go of the illusion that was my relationship And so many more challenges.... There is a solution! And you may not realize how simple the solution is. It's writing those tough stories out in a way that YOU gain control over them! Check it out the link in the bio for more info.... https://www.instagram.com/p/CAidyuQDs4M/?igshid=1cywvabl9y84r
