Laptops are nearly indespensible in modern education, which treats it as a given that all students have one.

Reema's an evacuated Palestinian studying pharmacy in Egypt, and this is what she's been going through for an entire month because she lost her laptop in Gaza.

If you cannot fathom the horror of surviving a genocide, then try relating to this: She's currently trying to study for multiple chemistry midterms on a phone.

This is happening while her sister was very recently hospitalized and her family had to pay it off with funds from their budget. She's worried about her sister's condition, her family members still in Palestine, her uncertain financial state, and much more.
