Hi I’m homeless

Hi 👋🏾I’m homeless. My son and I are living in our car. I don’t know what to ask for because I’ve never been in this kind of situation before. I moved out at 23 after going to hair school and getting pregnant. I’ve never been on my own before. I’ve been on the waiting list for affordable housing for 6 months. We’ve been staying in a crummy apartment for the last year...I currently work in a salon and get paid 8.20 an hour part time. A couple of weeks ago we were given a 30 day notice and found all our belongings by the trash in our apartment complex.I have been trying to hold it together by selling some of our old things. We went to the Salvation Army and to several churches who might be offering assistance but our housing program is full. All I have been doing is putting in applications on my phone and at the unemployment office. I am terrified of losing my child I am trying to be the best mother I can be. I have an interview scheduled at the chicken plant and at butterball. Next Wednesday...I am hoping I will be able to pull us out of this and I am willing to do whatever it takes to be what he needs me to be, but I am not too proud for the sake of my son to accept any help anybody can send. With all the humility I can muster up I am asking anyone to please help my son and I through this rough patch.

my cat needs help

im making a new post with updated info, the old one had a lot of notes but not many donations lately. my cat has a limping leg and there’s a chance it might be a tumor; we tried to avoid it cause it’s dangerous (thats why i spent the donation money on visits and medicine) but it’s the last chance to know what the issue is. he’s in a lot of pain and im tired of seeing him like this

I need to get shreddy to the vets

Mom n I can’t afford a lot rn. Today, I found out that she has not been eating regularly to make sure that my siblings n I have enough for dinner. I love my mom but I can’t stand to see her make such sacrifices… She and I are both highly anemic so the lack of iron already makes us prone to feeling faint. I’m worried about her.

The good news is: I will be getting paid by the end of the week (4/7/2019) thankfully n will continue to work the rest of the week in hopes of getting at least one cash tip. However, until then, we will have next to nothing.

Please help us have enough to eat!!! $5 would be enough for some milk or eggs… $1 could be spaghetti noodles for a pasta. Please, it wouldn’t take a lot. Things we are running out of quickly. Trans woman + her mother needs a motel for 4 days

I’m Lynn and my mother was recently released from prison. She’s the only family I really have anymore, and we’re going to get an apartment together. I don’t really want to post a photo of myself since I’ve been off hormones for a while.. but this is her.

That’s Betty. We’ve had a rough 20-some years but I love her dearly. It was her retirement income that kept me and my now-ex housed and alive for the last 2 years. We’re going to hopefully find an apt to move into on the 1st. I’m hoping it’ll be a normal apt, but if we have to we’ll just rent a room or airbnb for a few weeks and set something up for mid-april or may. But our current situation is that we’re living in a house where the lease expires on the 28th, courtesy of a friend. We shouldn’t even be here or hes worried he’ll be in trouble for it, so we gotta be out by the 27th. Thats only 5 days away. Even if we find a place before then, we.. dont have the money to move in unless they just agree to trust us for 3 days until the 1st of the month.
