a plot where both muses are hardcore gamers ( possible twitch streamers or youtube creators ) & they get invited to an event which is where they meet and from then on, they became inseparable. they live very far away from each other but always bond over playing games together & facetime before bed. until eventually they decide to invest and move in together. they take things slow due to them both being busy & it’s just very cute and full of fluff & “I miss you” phone calls

jangjun felt so young and immature next to her, he couldn’t help but keep silent. which was completely… out of character, to say the least. in his mind, he was debating whether to stay true to himself or, you know, actually help her. it had been such a long time since he’s heard school terms, it almost destabilizes him. calculus? oh, I remember when… “It’s no problem, really. I’d have given up on school if I were you, just– how–?” it’s not that he hated children, it’s just that he never got along with them. “Listen…”, he finally lets out, minutes after making up his mind. “…usually, how I do this is that–” why did he feel so hesitant? must be her motherly aura. sorry, mom. “–I do all your assignments, you just tell me what grade you’re wanting to get.” really sorry, mother. “So that’s more time for yourself and your child.” what good marketing skills you got, jangjun.

 “Unless you absolutely want to learn all about calculus?” and the way he says calculus feels disgusting. calculus is that monster waiting for you to hang your foot off your bed so he can chomp it off. it’s the hundred-year-old ball of hair dangling down your bathtub drain. it’s… maths.

"oh,” paisley raised er eyebrows. she was quite shocked, to say the least. people had always expressed their surprise at how she was still in school, but no one had ever offered to do her work for her. “i wouldn’t want to burden you more than i am,” she said, trying to resist the offer to help. “but the offer is extremely tempting. there has to be a median. maybe we could meet at my apartment and you can explain things to me while autumn is with us?” paisley had always been a goody toe-shoes. even when she had gotten pregnant, she tried her best to maintain her straight a’s.

“i’m not really used to doing this kind of stuff. having people do my things for me almost seems unreal,” paisley admitted with a small laugh. “but thank you so much for your help. if you do end up wanting to help me by coming over while i’m with autumn, that’d be even better. i’d feel to bad having you do all this work by yourself.”

paisley grinned. “that is, of course, if you’re okay with kids. autumn is an old soul, i swear. she’s not your average two-year-old.” a small laugh escaped paisley’s lips. she always found herself turning into one of the other middle aged moms at the daycare autumn went to occasionally. they were always talking about their kids, which annoyed paisley to an extent. however, there she was, turning into one of them slowly.

“ right – ” he drawled, before taking a quick glance up at hyunseul, he considered the other’s lack of eye contact. “ if you need space that’s fine, but kicking me out into the streets is a little.. extreme. ” he took a sip of his drink, his tired eyes then focusing on the floor. this situation was familiar to sungjin, and he was rather good at reading others. “ you know i’m not attached. ”

"i can’t risk it, sungjin.” hyunseul muttered, looking up at the other male. hyunseul hated to admit it, but he found himself wanting to let sungjin close as much as he hated that feeling. everything in his body screamed and ached, begging hyunseul to let sungjin in, but he couldn’t bring himself to do it. “there are hotels you can go to, i’ll give you money if you need. you just have to go, i’m sorry.”

sungjin’s a bit caught off guard by the other’s sudden outburst, and although he’s not the argumentative type he can’t help but feel annoyed, “ so i take all this stuff and go where exactly? ”

"sounds kind of like a you problem.” hyunseul shrugged, avoiding looking at the other male. he hated getting close to people. sungjin was getting too close to him for comfort, so he had to push the other male away.

"thank you for agreeing to tutor me,” paisley said to the older male with a smile. “especially at this weird time, i got my cousin to watch autumn.” paisley ran a hand through her hair as she sat next to the male. “being a single mom at eighteen isn’t easy at all, especially when you’re trying to go to school.” paisley’s friends had referred her to jangjun, hinting at something (drugs, most likely) that paisley didn’t know. “i needed some help with calculus,” she began, clearing her throat and pulling out her binder. “which i don’t know why i have to take that class if i’m a visual arts major.” paisley laughed softly, rubbing her face. “i’m sorry that came out so harsh and mean, i haven’t slept in sixteen hours... autumn has an ear infection and she’s up all night and all day.”
