Happy Shivratri!!!

This is an auspicious festival of India where people from all over country worship and celebrate the marriage ceremonial of lord Shiva and goddess Parvati.

Being a part of Kashmiri community, we celebrate the festival quietly differently. Vatuk Pooja is done in every Kashmiri household on Shivratri, we call it Herath which is celebrated a day before Shivratri and festival is celebrated for continuous 3 days. Delicious Kashmiri dishes are cooked and presented in front of god. That’s how I celebrate Shivratri how do u celebrate it ?
