I’m awfully tired of my nipple being censored.

I’m awfully tired of my nipple being sexualised.

I’m awfully tired of my nipple drawing the attention away from the words I speak.

I’m awfully tired of my nipple being treated differently to a male nipple.

I’m awfully tired of the stigma around female bodies.

I’m awfully tired of people trying to tell me I should put a bra on.

I’m awfully tired of there being no equality.

Ain’t it crazy that you always fall back and self destruct in ways you’d thought you’ve broken out of.

Day 3 with minimal food - unintentional I’ve just lost my appetite and all food is tasting rather like cardboard at the moment. I’m also smoking weed again. I gave up for 15 months. Had 4 months of smoking here and there and now I’m smoking every night. This may not seem like an extreme problem but last time I fell into this I continued this habit for over 3 years. I went from 16stone 8pounds down to 8stone 6pounds. I halved my weight, my body mass I was pretty much half of me and I was SO happy. I wasn’t mentally well and I had a lot of battles with myself but I had never been so body confident. I masked behind this confidence with my body so people around me didn’t see how poorly I was truly becoming.

I then got into a relationship. We was together for 10 months. I wasn’t happy, all we did was work, smoke weed and have sex. We didn’t really get to go on dates or anything and I wasn’t happy. I broke up with him and a week later I found out I was pregnant. Without the ins and outs I ended my pregnancy at 21stone 9pounds. I hated myself - I still do. I’m disgusted in the body I’ve got to live in. The day after giving birth I weighed myself and I was bang on 19stone. My baby weighed 8pounds 1ounce. I currently weigh 17stone, I can not get my weight to drop and somehow I’ve subconsciously gone back into old habits. I’m more mentally prepared for it this time and I hope I lose the weight and everything I go through is worth it. I’m sort of looking forward to it and I don’t plan on taking any precautions to stop. I’m so desperate to love my body again, I hate how big I am, I need to lose weight.

Yeah anyways, I needed somewhere to just let some stuff out. Not to deep but just enough to zen myself.
