on judith + scars:

i really like the idea of giving charname weird dissection/vivisection scars from irenicus; his exact experiments are never really elaborated on, which has the player fill in all the gruesome details. i really do love it. especially the horror in that charname would barely remember it all. so that's what i have going on with judith. not too fun when he's finally able to rest at an inn for the first time in god knows how long and he finds out his guts seem to have been played with at some point.

meanwhile second image is just a post-bg2 scar reference for him. the big scar in the center of his chest is from his soul getting taken, and the vivisection scars are of course also from irenicus. (imoen probably has matching ones as a result.) big shoulder scar is from one of many magic blasts he's dealt with, and the ones on his lower legs are just... the consequences of travelling with sandals. lol

I've always kind of ignored charname's canon mother from ToB, finding it more interesting (especially when one has multiple player characters) to come up with my own ideas bc that leads to more fun creative freedom. so, related to that, here's a portrait of a baby judith with his mother belladonna greyskies :)
