Boil, fry, stew, bake - all these processes are easily handled by the combi steamer Rational. It carries out up to 70% of all possible operations for the thermal processing of food. Food cooked in a combi steamer does not dehydrate and does not lose its beneficial properties. Weight loss during frying meat is reduced by up to 60%, fat and oil consumption is reduced by 95%, and vegetables, rice and side dishes are not boiled at all.
