Jose Dalisay, Jr. is a prolific author from the Philippines as well as a professor of literature. He is best known for the critically acclaimed books Soledad's Sister, Killing Time in a Warm Place, and Dogeaters.
I decided to feature and highlight him on this blog because I like him since he has received many awards for his works, including the Carlos Palanca Memorial Awards for Literature, the Don Carlos Palanca Memorial Award for Literature, and the Philippine National Book Award.
