ON THAT NOTE i fully believe that post-full circle kara and adriane tried dating guys (lorren and zach, respectively) only for it to not really work out for reasons that they themselves couldn’t really discern (adriane loves emily and obsesses over kara too much to be fully invested in her relationship with zach and sees him as more of just best friend/fellow wolf-kin and kara is a lesbian suffering from severe comphet) while emily just kinda chilled, saying she wasn’t interested in dating at the moment while also feeling weirdly jealous everytime she’d see kara or adriane with their bfs and lowkey spiraling because of it

anyway, around the time they’re 16-17 (like junior year) they finally Figure Shit Out in a very angsty but also oddly not way, b/c at this point they’ve known each other for years and been through hell and back together and they’re each other’s best friends but also something else because after everything they’ve been through “best friends” doesn’t seem like enough to describe the bond they have.

and so the three of them start dating, except nothing much changes because they’ve already got such a close relationship, there’s just more physical intimacy and a Lot more conversations about their feelings, which they already did (kara forced them) but now the emotional conversations about their very romantic feelings for each other and how to make a three person relationship work

Autistic community, I don’t know what Autism Speaks plans to do this year due to the coronavirus pandemic. I don’t know if it will cancel events and depend on online donations. So in this year of 2020, let’s turn the internet #REDinstead. Let’s show the world what autistic people think of Autism Speaks. Let’s raise our voices. This may be a time where people are quiet enough to listen.

Autism Speaks is trying to cash in on Pride Month on twitter.

Tell them they aren’t welcome at Pride, and tell them why.

They push Lovaas ABA therapy that squishes away all autistic traits, which is related to gay conversion therapy.*

Now they want to take our stories from us, too.

LGBTQIA+ autistic people’s voices are not theirs to exploit.

Let’s make noise.

*not to be confused with therapy that isn’t ABA, but calls itself ABA for insurance coverage purposes. This notABA doesn’t force things like quiet hands or aversives. Sadly this causes confusion, hence me addressing this briefly.
