I am here at my hometown attending a childhood friend's 30th birthday. I always feel gloomy and a bit sad whenever I pass by our abandoned house. Time flies so fast and now I only have a handful of real friends even though I was very friendly in my teens. I guess that's life and I am bad at maintaining good relationships.

Our trip with my sister and partner in Hong Kong was a blast! I hope we can do it again anytime soon. International travels are the best travels as I get to witness myself how life looks life abroad and because I always wanted to live abroad. My plan for the next years of my life is to become a digital nomad where I can work remotely anywhere in the world. I bet that would be very fulfilling!

We arrived at the airport on the night of 13th January. I am so happy that I get to bring with me my sister. My partner is also with us and I cannot wait to create more memories together. I am looking forward to a whole new adventure. I just wish I had more money to bring my other siblings. Still I am already grateful for everything!

For the past month I've just been dreading work because I feel stagnant and that I should be doing something more. The pay is great and I don't need to socialize with my workmates and very rarely go into meetings.
Earlier today I met with the CEO via Zoom with 2 of my Filipino workmates and told us that we are the top 3 employees (among other nationalities) and that by January we will be having additional roles. I think that's an opportunity for me to learn additional skills and extend my experience in the VA world. I will be working at night shift alongside my current role at day shift. It will be hard but I think it's worth it because I will be earning more which is very important to me.

Went to Baguio this holiday with my brother. We had a 5-day trip and I must say the weather was nice while the food was not great. The only recommendable go-to eat was Visco's which I believe has branches in Metro Manila.
We'll be coming back with my mom and other siblings here in December to celebrate New Year's Eve.

I am already planning my trips for next year and listed them down. I'm also thinking of applying for study and work abroad programs in Canada, Australia and New Zealand. I also recently inquired for an MBA in the Australian Institute of Business and I was told that I need to finish a Graduate Certificate and Graduate Diploma first in order to proceed to an MBA in Australia. The good thing is that the two stages will be done online but costs around $30,000 AUD.

My last day in Taiwan. I really hope I can visit this wonderful place again next year. I want to visit Taichung and experience the beautiful natural wonders it has to offer. But I got to work hard so I can afford everything that I want.

My fourth day in Taiwan and I am already getting sad as I will be going home the next day. But I got to experience going to the countryside and went to an animal farm where I got to experience feeding various types of adorable animals. Once I got back to the city I decided to go to Ximending night market and buy pasalubong for my siblings and chill out. I was really tired today but it was all worth it!

My third day in Taiwan and I went to an amusement park and bought myself an origami necklace. I also went to Taiwan Astronomical Museum and got to visit the Taipei 101 building afterwards. I had no umbrella so I was a bit wet before going to Taipei 101 so I decided to wander around the mall before I entered the Observatory.

My first day in Taiwan. I worked a few tasks after going to the hotel from the airport. I kinda get lost before I arrived at the hotel. Unfortunately, I was really sleepy and hungry before I got to eat a proper meal at a restaurant beside the night market with lots of Taiwanese street foods to choose from.
