I made this and was supposed to share it for Women’s International Day. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to share it being caught up at my corporate work, mommyhood, and layouting for a new project.

However, I’d still like to share this, as I know this isn’t just applicable to women, but to all.

If once in your life, you feel down, please know that you are worth more than that.

You may be at a stage where as if everything has crumbled, know that there is always a way up.

If anything, or anyone, is making you feel worthless, know that they are not everything in the world, and to those who matter, you are more than what they can ask for.

One of my favorite cartoons to watch when I was a child was Pinocchio. I love the songs: I've Got No Strings and Give A Little Whistle. But my favorite song from that movie is When You Wish Upon A Star. It gave me the idea of wishing on a star when I was a child whenever I wanted something so badly. And honestly, I kind of brought that attitude until now. Last night, on my way home, I called Raffy and told him that we weren't allowed to go on overtime today due to the "Triple Pay" that would be given. I told him that I was supposedly looking forward to it not because of the pay - but the opportunity to work without outside disturbances (unecessary calls, non-routine work, and the like) that usually eats a lot of time during regular work days. He then gave me his usual "Wag ka magalala may rason naman yan kaya hindi ka dapat pumasok bukas" (english: Don't worry, there's a reason behind why you shouldn't report for work tomorrow). Thus this image. Raffy is not only a good husband and father. He has always been a good friend, confidant, supporter, and fan. The main reason why I fell in love with him. Ever since we met, he always reminds me that God has His reasons, and I have to keep the faith. And guess what, it never failed to comfort me during my down times. We, as individuals, go through a lot of challenges in life. Sometimes, one of those challenges is having to decide between things that both have their ups and downs. . Personally, I have gone through lots of decision-making situations where I often get caught-up because whatever decision there is, there will always be a sacrifice needed to be made. . Sometimes, I get scared of it because I might regret it in the end. . But then again, that is how we grow into being an adult. If what we chose leads to something we don't desire, then we have to face it up front and learn from the experience. . For me, I am so lucky that my husband, the 1/2 of team @randpmemoirs, is very understanding and supportive of every move I make in our lives. Be it a successful or failed end. .
