WIP Comic

I'm currently creating a comic, the exact details I won't currently disclose. The main characters are these three pictured. Norihito (He/Him), Lyric (They/Them) and Saoirse (She/Her). My art ain't the best, but hopefully it'll work for the story I wish to tell.

The comic is currently untitled, and has been the result of reworking and reworking a comic concept I started writing last year. As a result I'm quite uncertain where I'll go after the first "issue", if I get it done at all.

Little concept art

I had the idea of a story about an anthropomorphic white-tailed deer that is a trans girl and gets dysphoria from her antlers budding.

It’d be focused on not just that but a general exploration of how society (specifically high-schoolers) might act differently and the required changes to civilization, based upon the needs and habits of animals. (Food requirements [just don’t question livestock], social stratification based upon different secondary sexual characteristics, the varied body types requiring drastically more variance in fashion, more targeted advertising, etc.)

There’s definitely pieces of media that explore the concept of anthropomorphic animals in a human-like society, but I’d just like to experiment with my own.
