the idea of selfcest as a problematic thing is so weird to me. like you took a concept that cannot exist in real life, a character being in a relationship with an alternate version of itself, and then decided that it is basically incest and therefore problematic. like what. how. like you can't even say its endorsing doing that irl bc it is literally impossible to do irl. it is only incest if the characters are related being siblings with someone or whatever is different from being that person. idk I just don't get it

still brsinrotting aboat evil au stevehero they are so weird aboat each other i HATE them. i like to think early in the au (s2ep1 timeline wise ig??) their dynamic was "who even are you. god youre insufferable" (steve) and "i hate you so much i cannot describe it you are so terrible" (hero) but by the end of the. Season ig??. Its like the words do not even exist to describe how their relationship feels. borderline manic about each other always both of them very get agitated (ranges from violence to being genuinely distressed to going borderline unresponsive) when separated. i like to picture my au designs for them as both covered wirh scars something something that one cannibalism as a metaphor for love thing but for all forms of injury self inflicted or otherwise ,, wdym this doesnr make sense idc

hi by popular demand (two people) headcanos fur the cases and the dents they are ny stupids 💜

- childhood friends bit specifically the kind where they don't remember how they met at all

- arthur and his brother actually have pretty well off purrents, but their parents are also like really shitty (ex - arthur being a system which is typically a traumaborn thing, his brother mentioning that their mom had a clear favourite) so they ended up cutting them off

- somehow all unaware of the Situations the others are in, aside from justin being vaguely aware that somefin bad happened to kit (probably in doors considering he reccomended the hotel)

- siblings relationship because they grew up together, all pretty close

- arthur isnt allowed to be left alone when theyre hanging out because he usually has someone cofronting and eveyrone in his sys is actually kind of stupid and cannot be trusted to not get hurt or lost (asidr from the shy one Surprisingly {i like to hc they have usually the braincell / are The Sensible One, just also paranoid}

- i like to think specifically arthurs brother and justin are close because theyre both the least favourite kids (arthur being the favourite is canon and the Justin thing is jist bc this fandom definitely has a favourite case brother and it is not him sorry pathetic twink)

- all genderqueer . (kit is nonbinary, justin doesnt particularly care, arthur is transmasc and everyone his sys is also genderqueer in some way, his brother is Very gnc / also doesnt care)

- kit and justin are Constantly made to sit through hours upon hours of arthur and his brother just yapping about space (its both of their special interests. Ily autistic boys)
