It'd be really cool seeing Shadow and Belle having a comic story together in some way. Like they're technically family in a real weird round about way. (Also, somewhat similar trauma's with their creators.)

Hear me out..

I dont think all of team would stop being Heroes, but maybe Sonic gets accused of something and he has to go into hiding/not allowed to save people in the way he wants.

Shadow is forced to go into hiding too, being his husband. But he takes not using his powers better because he'll do anything to keep his family (that he didnt think he would ever have) safe and sound.

Also house-husband Shadow is an ADORABLE concept

Sonic pestering his friends to tell him about their missions or maybe sneak him in on one. (Tails is the only one who caves from time to time but they never get caught) of course shadow notices and constantly argues with Sonic over it

Sonic's forced to wear special inhibitors that keep him from using his powers at 100% (dials it down to 25-35%) Only tails knows how to take it off but only for a certain amount of time.

So yes, Sonic with a Dad bod 🤣💙

Now for the kids..

The eldest daughter is basically a female version of shadow. She's really insecure about her appearance (ex: Sharper & longer claws, her fangs are noticeably sharp for a hedgehog) She doesnt need an emerald to use chaos control and can stop time for a longer period.

Their son who's basically Sonic's mini-me in looks and personality.

Their last kid who doesn't have speed but has ALL of Shadow's doom powers. Appearance is a good mix of both sonic and shadow though
