This came out differently than I expected...

I can’t stop thinking about him, about what could have been. What would have happened if I had just swallowed my fears and talked to him. And not just tease like I normally do, actually make conversation. Be present. In the moment. It’s hard, ya know? Trying to connect with someone when you don’t know the first thing about them. It’s like being thrown into a random environment, with no idea how to survive. It’s all about survival, life, especially socially. People do anything to survive. To not be scorned by everyone else. Even the faceless people who have never heard of you until you made them hate you. Sometimes survival means you have to give up parts of yourself, the parts you hold near and dear to your heart. The parts that are closer to you, even though if anyone else found, you’d be committing social suicide. These are the raw, delicate parts that are too precious for others to see.

Hi, I was gonna just write about this dude who I knew(and obviously had a crush on). But my heart took me to a different place. So if you ever feel like the world isn't letting you be yourself, then just know you're not alone. Thank you for listening to my TED talk.

hold on a fucking second. delaware is a state?? i thought it was a river? or is the river more important than the state? why don't i know this? (i should mention i don't like in america, i'm just confused)

there is delaware (state) and delaware (river) 

both are equally strange

the state is a tiny little cryptid thing

the rive is a monster that spans new york, pennsylvania, new jersey and delaware. also washington crossed it once and that was like kinda a big deal i guess. like crossing the rubicon in rome.

the state tries to me more important with its “im the first state!!!” bs (seriously its even on the fucking license plates) but we all know. its the river.
