Important edblr notes:
Healthy weight loss is called healthy (in parts) because you are losing mostly fat, not muscle or bone density.
The amount of fat you can lose in a day is limited, losing more than that means you're eating away at your muscles.
Contrary to popular advice on edblr, you can get away with heavier restriction if you have more body fat but you will eat through your muscles really fast if you do the same thing at a low body fat percentage. For example, a 500 kcal a day extreme diet can be relatively safe for people with morbid obesity, but will have most low weight individuals burn more muscle than fat. (Friendly reminder that your heart is a muscle too)
Multivitamin/-minerals. It is difficult to get enough micronutrients if you're restricting. Make sure you get enough D3 and calcium to support your bones as much as possible. Supplement with B12 if you're vegan. Regularly take electrolytes if you're struggling with mia (including purging by exercise).
Essential fatty acids (omega 3 and 6) and essential amino acids (protein) are called essential for a reason. You need fats and protein, not just for vital functions but they also keep your skin nice and elastic, your nails strong and your hair shiny (in combination with the neccessary micronutrients). If health is not a concern to you: Not getting enough of these nutrients will slow down your metabolism and in turn, weight loss. Essential fatty acid supplements exist, most of them are fairly cheap.
You need fats to absorb certain micronutrients, such as the fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K.
I cannot stress this enough, fat is not the enemy. It's also going to help a lot with hunger. Stretching your stomach to feel full with massive salads might be enticing, but you'll probably just end up feeling sick while still hungry and gradually lose sense of what a normal, filling portion of food looks like.
Ana fetishists are a thing and they are the only ones profiting off pro-ed content. Not everyone is honest about their identity. Keep that in mind when you see someone asking for ana buddies to "keep each other accountable", particularly when they're asking for body checks. Ana coaches/doms are a more obvious red flag. They do not want to help you, they are trying to use you for their own pleasure.

things i do instead of eating
(the ones with 🌸 are my favourites)
🌸 chug water until im nauseous
🌸 watch mukbangs
watch psychological horror to make me feel sick and lose my appetite
🌸 just smelling the food and trying to appreciate the smell rather than the taste
try to convince myself the food's either poison or plastic and not actually edible
look in the mirror at my stomach and thighs for a very long time until i get so bored or disgusted that i lose my appetite
🌸 hobbies! like video games, crochet, draw, etc. theyre good distractions
watch shows like my 600lbs life or supersize vs superskinny
🌸 doom scroll while laying in bed
do some yoga or stretching (some movement is better than no movement)
🌸 try on a bunch of cute outfits and imagine how ill look in them once im skinnier
look at random high protein low cal recipes (im celiac so its a bit rough out here when it comes to recipes 😭)
🌸 take a very hot bath or shower
🌸 nap
look at cute mealspo
remember things that make me incredibly angry (i always lose my appetite when im upset)

Tips from my ex-model mom who's still th1n, gorgeous, and healthy at 50:
Prioritize protein in any context.
What does that actually mean practically, though?
1. She never limits her protein, even when it's higher c@l. She'll fill a plate with steak or grilled chicken, then fill the rest with veg. I've never seen her put more than a bite of carbs on her plate.
2. When she's hungry for a snack, it's always protein. She never reaches for chips, bread, or even a bar. It's always straight protein: a roll-up with turkey and cheese, a hard boiled egg, some chicken sausage.
3. Even when otherwise f@sting, she adds protein. It's c@lor1es, sure, but it doesn't bump you out of ketosis and it keeps your hair and skin beautiful. She adds collagen to her coffee and does bone broth f@sts—never juice or tea f@sts.
I think it works so well for her because proteins are so rich in all the vitamins that are hard for our bodies to make.
