वीडीओग्राफी के आदेश न दिए तो हाई कोर्ट जायेंगे: सिरसा ROHIT SHARMA  दिल्ली के विधायक श्री मनजिंदर सिंह सिरसा ने दिल्ली विधान सभा के स्पीकर श्री राम निवास गोयल से अपील की है कि सदन कीकमेटीयों की मीटिंग की कारवाई की वीडीओग्राफी करवाई जाए जिस से इन में पारदर्शिता आ सके और साथ ही सदस्यों को जान बुझ कर आई.ए.एस. औरअन्य अफसरों को तंग परेशान करने से रोका जा सके।आप के विधायक सौरव भारद्वाज के नेतृत्व वाली सवाल हवाला कमेटी की तरफ  से दो महिला आई.ए.एस. आधिकारियों को तंग परेशान किए जाने कागंभीर नोटिस लेते दिल्ली विधान सभा के स्पीकर श्री राम निवास गोयल को लिखे एक पत्र में श्री सिरसा ने कहा कि यह बहुत ही मंदभागी बात है किराष्ट्रीय राजधानी में महिलाओं की सुरक्षा यकीनी बनाने में असफल रहने बाद में अब आप लीडरशिप इतने निचले स्तर पर उतर आई है और महिलाअफसरों को तंग परेशान कर रही है जो उनकी इज्जत के साथ खीलवाड़ से कम नहीं है। उन्होने कहा कि इन कमेटीयों और इन के सदस्यों को किसी भी अफसर ख���स तौर पर महिला अफसरों को तंग परेशान करने का कोई जायज या कानूनीअधिकार नहीं है। उन्होंने कहा कि यह बहुत ही मंदभागी बात है कि पहले मु2य सचिव पर हमला करने के बाद सताधारी पक्ष के विधायक अब शरेआमधमकियां देने लग पड़े हैं और काम अपनी मर्जी अनुसार करवाने के लिए दबाव बना रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि इन विधायकों को कानून अपने हाथ में लेने परतानाशाही ढंग के साथ काम लेने से रोकना बहुत जरुरी है। उन्होने कहा कि इन कमेटीयों की कारवाई में पारदर्शिता लाने के लिए लाजिमी है कि सारी कारवाई की वीडीओग्राफी करवाई जाए। उन्होने कहा कि यहीआप लीडरशिप जो कि इन कमेटीयों में बहु सं2या में है, के तानाशाही रवईए पर नकेल डालने की एक मात्र विधि है। स्पीकर को सदन की कमेटीयों की कारवाई की वीडीओग्राफी करवाने की अपील करते श्री सिरसा ने कहा कि यदि माननीय स्पीकर ने उनकी अपील परकारवाई न की तो फिर वह यह आदेश जारी करवाने के लिए दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट जाएंगे।  श्री सिरसा ने कहा कि पिछले समय दौरान भी आप लीडरशिप ने मु2य मंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल के करीबी रिश्तेदार सुरिंदर बांसल और अन्य पार्टीलीडरशिप के घुटाले चाहे वह सी.सी.टी.वी. कैमरा खरीद घोटाला हो, ट्रांसपोर्ट घोटाला या कोई अन्य, पर पर्दा डालने के लिए पुरजोर यत्न किए हैं। उन्होंनेकहा कि अब फिर पार्टी लीडरशिप अफसरशाही पर दबाव डाल रही है कि वह उन के बोले अनुसार चलने।  दिल्ली के विधायक ने कहा कि यह चुनी हुई सरकार की जि6मेदारी होती है कि वह लोगों की भलाई के काम करे परन्तु ऐसा लगता है कि यह सरकार सिर्फसरकारी खजाने की लूट मार में ही रूचि रखती है
