A Page From Kashmir Diary
It was in August 2012, when for the first time in my life I visited Srinagar. I was received at TRC sumo stand by one of my friends from Ellahi Bagh. He gave me asylum in his home. I was blushing Infront of his family members and relative. Though I am from outside Kashmir jurisdiction but I received a warm welcome there. At 10 we had supper followed by dessert. Candidly speaking that was really an awesome experience and I have dearth of vocabs to explain hospitality, the Kashmiri are known for.
We planned to visit Dal Lake, the next day. I was in full zing and impatiently waiting to see Dal Lake because I had many queries about the entity of holy Dal Lake and was yearning to know them.
Many people think that Dal Lake is the “ Jewel in the crown of Kashmir”. Undoubtedly I am be of the same mind with them. The sight was fascinating, birds were chirping and rejoicing in their own way. I might be unable to mention various species of birds who were wafting in flocks from one bend to next junction. Being a life sciences student, Albeit I envisaged there were some platyrhynchos and a few were nigricollis species.
Meanwhile we called a Shikara Wala(flat-bottomed boat) and fixed an amount of 300 INR/hr with him. We started our itinerary from the stop at Takdeer Park(Fate Park) to Char Chinari. Actually it was a normal sunny day and temperature was around 20 degree centigrades on Kelvin scale. In clear daylight we saw various species of fish. They used to jump out of water. I didn’t know why they were jumping? Might they were threatened. I do reminisce a lecture by a professor on fish culture. Some fish do this naturally during their hunt for food or maybe they were angst from being haunted.
Finally we reached Char Chinari. I loved this place for the million reasons. Its an incredible creation and indeed romantic and a best abode of solace. It looks over Jhelum running from South end. The sight was extraordinarily invigorating and influenced by magic mountain on all sides. From here we can see whole Srinagar city (the city sometimes known as janaton ka shaher).
The story doesn’t end here. I will back with next page from Kashmir Diary.

Bluffing With Education System
Rajesh Manhas
Bring to mind and recap the dialogue by silencer in 3-Idiots, “Tu duniya ko badalne Chala tha, system ko badalne Chala tha”. Now apply the same doctrine in your conception for a while and anticipate that you’re Ranchod-Daas. How would you bring metamorphosis in this modern day’s ruthless education system? Might you have or not have any better essence regarding. One can easily find, the same conundrum with folks in our won vicinage as well.
People prefer to send their bairns in private schools rather than to supervisory, especially for elementary and secondary education. They do admit that the things in anarchist institutions are commendable, laudable and noteworthy.
I wouldn’t wonder to declare this myth as superstitious, irrational and amiss. There’s no syllogism in their way of comprehension because if they’re bounteous bonafide than why do they send their lads to tuitions and for extra coaching classes? This is indeed befuddling many cognizance. Don’t you fathom there are some institutions in district Doda too, who claim, they’re A-1 and stable conservatories in the state and don’t miss any offhand chance to win any proclamation against governmental asylums.
Mockery relies here, When teachers from government schools give their service in these phony and money laundering organisation, just to boost their monthly earning. Nothing can be more lamentable than this.

Life Of Students
By Rajesh Manhas Someone has said that student's life is platinum because this phase is the most important period of life as it is formative era of human zest. The life of students is very nasty. Hardly bit of them have/had serendipity to enjoy meals prepared by their moms, progenitors or forbearers. Most of them had lived or living under To-Let conditions in cities or towns. This stretch is full of confrontations, interrogations, provocations etc. I did fishing expedition, so as to justify this claim. I esteem, there's no need to testify any one of the following wits. Let's have a catchlines.. Count-1. Room governor comes and asks for monthly rental or even in some cases students need to pay all privileges in advance. Have a look on To-Let tariff plans in Jammu city, ®1600-2000/month for single space or else you want to have attach toilet and kitchen, you would pay in the range between Rs. 3000-4000/month. Here I wanna replay telecast during my stay at Kashmir University. I was living in Naseem Bagh and paying Rs. 2000 as month hire. The room's proprietor was composed and tranquil personality. He never ever asked anyone to pay periodical honorarium instead he yearned to collect whole defrayment after 3-4 allotments. Here the pickle exists! My Dad used to credit my account after every month and due to some unknown lucidity, that Rs. 2000 anted me and I forfeited everytime to remunerate actual amount. I anticipate, this is the case with one and all. Let's know in comment section. Count-2. Next dot of discussion can be the students mesmerization in world of freedom. Just reminisce the days when we were studying in unsophisticated or bucolic areas. I mean in the schools in our own native villages. Our parents scolded us even on minor mistakes that irked our sentiments and we altercated with them for many times. I envisage that was the great period for our growth and development, nonetheless we were under control but extra elbowroom is spoiling our future in the absence of caregivers. Many of us have become hardened with some bad repetitious. Count-3. Beautiful faces, romance, love and sex is the exposure of institutions, especi ally in cities. I do accede, almost there are 80% students from class Xll- Post-graduation are having girlfriends/ boyfriends. It has become like a trend to have someone, otherwise folks would start pinching you with vocabs like gay and eunuchs. Undeniably this is the main rationale behind distraction and depression among students and there are multitude cases where characters have committed crimes like suicide. I assume there should be null modesty in favour of them from society. Moreover who would deny that teachers are also involved in these scams. Count-4. Another meeting is the antagonism among own fellows, buddies or colleagues. Let's have an exemplification;. If any of his/her friends have qualified any examination due to tough grind under harsh and rash conditions, he/she starts getting emvy of his/her actualisations rather than appreciating and ceremonalising his/her's achievements. Obviously it's gonna to distract them from the path of excellence.
