Alright US mutuals, if you are interested in, morbidly fascinated by, or anxiously doomscrolling through AI news, including Stable Diffusion, Llama, ChatGPT or Dalle, you need to be aware of this.
The US Copyright Office has submitted a request for comment from the general public. Guidelines can be found on their site, but the gist of it is that they are taking citizen statements on what your views on AI are, and how the Copyright Office should address the admittedly thorny issues in rulings.
Be polite, be succinct, and be honest. They have a list of questions or suggestions, but in truth are looking to get as much data from the general public as possible. If you have links to papers or studies examining the economic impacts of AI, they want them. If you have anecdotal stories of losing commissions, they want them. If you have legal opinions, experience using these tools, or even a layman's perspective of how much human input is required for a piece of work to gain copyright, they want it.
The deadline is Oct 18th and can be submitted via the link in the article. While the regulatory apparatus of the US is largely under sway by corporate interests, this is still the actual, official time for you to directly tell the government what you think and what they should do. Comments can be submitted by individuals or on behalf of organizations. So if you are a small business, say a print shop, you can comment on behalf of the print shop as well.

Know it’s feasibly impossible, both because of how the series jumps around the timeline and its refusal to adhere to a timeline to begin with
But imagine if each of the changes made to the Master Sword stuck.
Imagine if, post-ALTTP/ALBW era, the blade was always golden.
Imagine if Twilight Princess gave it the ability to light up darkness like a torch.
Imagine how horrifying it would be to lose all that progress in BotW. How it reverts to its weakened, purple, Wind-Waker withdrawn state, and the flashbacks show it as so much more powerful than it is.
Imagine if in TotK, the Light Dragon healed it—but to the point that it’s reformed as the Goddess Sword, with its blade the color of her horns. And your mission after retrieving it is to reforge it with the flames, to gather metals and things from past games to make it stronger, then its final touch is a Zonai aspect.
Like a secret stone.
Something that magnifies the user’s abilities to the point of godhood, embedded in THAT blade.
Then wielding THAT power against Ganondorf.
I think about things like this a lot.

Long time no see. Sorry, I'm usually a little... drained around this time.
Concepts for a D&D race for my players, called the Elunin. They took inspiration from the Khajiit (and obviously Viera), where they appear differently based on what phase of the moon they were born.
More info about them/me rambling under the cut.
So my players in my main campaign were interested in trying Pathfinder 2E, and I wanted a chance to play Kjosev more. So we decided we'd start a potential one-shot right before the Eclipse (a period in our world about 200-ish years ago when the sun went out for an entire year that set the world back drastically).
One of my players adores Viera, and he wanted to bring his FFXIV character into D&D/Pathfinder. We looked at adapting Beastkin or Harengon... but it didn't quite fit what we wanted. So the player and I worked together to conceptualize a race. He decided to call them the Elunin. The name isn't based off of the WoW goddess Elune -- he randomly generated it and happened to really like the name -- but it's a coincidence we're fine with.
Like I stated above, they took inspiration from the viera (obviously) and the khajiit. Depending on their birthday, they take on a different form. Those born under the new moon appear almost completely human, and those born under the full moon appear almost fully rabbit. Those born on the in-between phases sit somewhere... well, in-between.
They are effectively genderless until they reach a certain age, upon which they choose their gender role. Some never choose.
They do not have a traditional two-parent family unit -- rather, the entire group of them raise kids, and are effectively all treated as parents.
They revere the moon, thinking of it as their true parent, and so they view the stars as their siblings. They're heavily interested in the skies and space above (which they call the Great Warren), because they dream of one day visiting their siblings.
and yes the full moon rabbit can talk.
