savannah deserved better.

every word she told grayson on that tree was true. the fact that he's telling her the truth now is not even for her sake, it's for AVERY'S. and for someone so intent on protecting family, that fact must hurt so much for savannah.

and the thing about gigi. REALEST SHIT I'VE EVER HEARD. savannah is so right in saying thay altho gigi chose to trust grayson, if push came to shove, he would pick his OTHER family over her. and that makes savannah so angry because she knows GIGI deserves better.

and yet gigi, the one person who she thought she could trust, ended up allying herself with grayson instead. leaving her alone to believe that her father left because she was a disappointment to him. and she is rightfully so angry that they were willing to LET her carry on believing that her father abandoned her.

and what she said abt her mom? SO. TRUE. they were willing to let the world think that she was abandoned by her own husband. willing to let HER think that.

i'm sorry i have to say this: avery and the hawthornes are so selfish. avery obviously doesn't see herself in tobias hawthorne, but after hearing this from savannah, intentionally or not, look at the lives she's ruined. the family bonds she shattered.

and grayson doesn't even apologise. constantly trying to justify his actions. if i were savannah, i'd go crazy too.
