yes the Viltrumites value strength above else yes! But another big thing about them is that they see other species/races as lesser then them, the main reason (and I am paraphrasing here) They want to take over planets cause they think that its their divine right to rule over them cause the lesser species/races are to stupid/weak to take care of themselves.
