How my journey at RB started

Back in 2021, I felt like I needed to make a few changes in my life and one of them would be quitting my job. Even though I loved working there, I had this feeling that it was time for me to move on and find new challenges. I started applying for teaching positions because that's what I love doing the most (I was a coordinator).

So around the time I started sending out my applications was when César, our coodinator here at RB Saúde, got in touch with me. There are many steps before you can land a job at Red Balloon, which made me nervous at first. I took a test, then I had an interview with César, after that I had another one with Lúcio, our director, and after him another interview with our other director, Mayra. Once all of those interviews had happened, César told me that I was invited to participate in the PST - but that wasn't any guarantee I was getting the job.

PST was fun, I met some great people, learned a lot and was able to push through my insecurities and do my best. However, there were some amazing candidates therefore I felt that maybe I wasn't going to get hired BUT I DID!!!

I still remember how nervous I was on my first day, but that's all water under the bridge now, I have some amazing co-workers and coordie who are always there to help.
