Idk I totally get your concern about gnc ppl but the government should acknowledge the reality of sex, I think that’s totally reasonable and it should be mandatory for governments to take facts/science into account in general. If the government doesn’t take sex into account then it makes way for gender ideology nonsense and similar

Ok sure the government can acknowledge the reality of sex within the confines of depoliticized social services, like DHHS and EPA and FBI. But at the Federal Executive level there is no need for a policy on establishing how many. Fucking. Genders there are. Gender is not sex & stating there should be policies around the number of genders there are is fundamentally authoritarian. whether that is Trump saying there are 2 genders or Kathy McPeen saying there are infinite genders. There is no scenario in a free society where the government needs to make "policies" determing the number of acceptable genders.
