absvdghdvavsgzvz annoyed at my friend right now ranting a bit

SO our tcher gave us like a skit to do do snd he was like "oh you have to perform this *LIVE* in front of the ckass and so me and my friends we form our group and plan right? like but now suddenly our teacher is like *LESS THAN ONE WEEK BEFORE ITS DUE* "actually make it a video" LIKE EXCUSAH ME it was originally even worse he gave us, one hour to record and like the hour on yuesday, ediy and finish the vid on the next day like WHAT. (new due date is coming monday but ugfhghg)

safe to say we did not finish recording and so now we have to record in our own time bUT THE ISSUE IS, OUR SCHEDUELS CLASH TERRIBLY like there is literally no time in the week other than classtime where we can meetup and record.

so CURRENT SITUATION were discussing in our gc and im suggesting my idea so that we dont have to meet up and can still make a good vid kay? but aforementioned friend keeps conplaining that wed have to rewrite our plan LIKE GIRL YOU BARELY EVEN HELPED WITH THAT PLAN STOP I DONT SEE YOU SUGGESTING A BETTER IDEA????? anf she keeps reacting with "😭😭" and "💀" at my ideas like bahchdbdbbxbfhfbsbbdhfhchvbcbcfhgffg kay im pissed rn >:( came here so i wouldnt explode if you read this whole thing uhhh lik and subscribe ok going back to war now wish me luck

Post Reichenbach - Memorial Service

After Holmes' death, there certainly was a memorial service.

All the distinguished people of London were there—Scotland Yard, Mrs. Hudson, the Irregulars... and the Watsons.

Can you imagine Watson sitting there, next to Mary, with all eyes on him? Did he cry? Did he try to keep it together, afraid to show his true feelings in public?

He wasn’t just mourning his friend, his former roommate, and associate.

He was mourning the love of his life, for heaven’s sake! And nobody knew! Well, except Mary, I suppose—but still.

I can’t even begin to imagine how he must have felt. Did he even go? Because, honestly, I wouldn’t be able to stomach it.

Everyone putting on sad faces, talking about Holmes' great accomplishments, his impact on society, his generosity...

But Watson? Watson thought about all the other things.

His smile, his hands, the glitter in his eyes when he felt the thrill of a new case, how the light reflected on the violin when he played by the fire in the evenings, his small acts of love that no one noticed—except Watson.

Because Watson knew him like nobody else. Because Watson would have given his life for this man, who apparently gave his life for him.

It breaks my heart to think about it...

Here’s my thoughts on Holmes’ education!! I know a lot of people believe that Holmes was either an Oxford or Cambridge graduate in the ACD canon, but I entirely believe that Holmes was in fact a student of one of the London universities! (By no means a bias, I assure you.) If you think about Oxford and Cambridge education, few fictional names come to mind, one being Bertie Wooster- (I’m not joking.) The two universities were essentially unattainable unless you were quite wealthy, or very sporty. Wooster only being allowed to attend Magdalen College because he was incredibly good at rackets! Holmes probably wouldn’t have cared for the atmosphere at those colleges at that period- He just wants to be able to do his wonderful experiments 😭

Holmes is synonymous to London, and more specifically SCIENCE!!!! He meets Watson at St. Bartholomew’s Hospital which is, by the events of the novels, connected to London Hospital Medical College. Even if Holmes wasn’t a student at that time, he’d still probably have to be affiliated to it!
