How do you know who blocked you on Tumblr? Is there a way to find out?

There’s several telltale signs.

- First off, if you attempt to reblog a post from a blocker, a message will show saying “This post cannot be reblogged”

- Secondly, if you view a blog that has you blocked in sideview on your dashboard, you’ll get a message saying things like “This Tumblr is cool but empty”, “Posts? Nah”, stuff like that. However, if the blog genuinely has no posts on it at all, this message will still appear, so it’s not a 100% foolproof way of discerning a blog that has you blocked.

- Thirdly, all bloggers that have you blocked have the speech bubble icon that you open to leave comments as shown below outlined in red not visible;

Again, like the second point above, this is not foolproof as blogs that don’t want comments on their posts can disable this function, causing the speech bubble to disappear on their posts like that of posts by bloggers who have you blocked, it doesn’t mean they’ve blocked you.

- Last but not least, if you have XKit’s function to enable timestamps on posts, posts by blogs you’re blocked by will always fail to load the timestamp and indicate as such. However, if the original post a “Failed to load timestamp” indicator is on was deleted, that’s why the timestamp fails to load; It’s seemingly impossible for XKit to discern the time a post was posted that was deleted, so like points two and three, this isn’t a foolproof way of discerning who has you blocked.

At the end of the day, the only way to definitively know if you’re blocked is to attempt to reblog a post and be informed that “This post cannot be reblogged”. That’s definitive proof.

tumblr user anniemae04, who is 30 years old, has done things such as making homophobic stereotypes, misgendering a 14-year-old trans person and not apologizing or correcting herself, being very good friends with plebcomics (extremely ableist, transphobic, anti-sj comic artist), and ultimately leading that same trans person to attempting suicide and being hospitalized.

however, recently, it was found out that she’s recently porn and rape art of underage characters (12-13 at the youngest) and characters from children’s media.

under the cut, her actions will be explained, as well as receipts being shown. in the first part, not very many receipts will be shown. this is due to the fact that the 14-year-old who is the victim wasn’t able to screenshot things, as he was going through intense mental stress at the time.
