Remember -- there's no harm in looking into something! You can find out you have something you thought you'd ruled out, or find confirmation you don't have it, or even find something adjacent that IS what you're dealing with! A LOT of ADHDers go undiagnosed because a lot of studies on ADHD were only done on young boys, and ADHD presents differently at different ages and depending on socialization, etc. Every ADHD person is an individual with their own personality, so not relating to some doesn't mean you can't have it -- focus on what your experiences and struggles/symptoms are, not how they present outwardly. That'll help get to the root of things much more <3

–smells like depression: literally everything is too boring. i’m going back to sleep
