yo just so everyone knows, the free streaming service tubi has a few oz adaptations / oz related movies! mainly obscure or low quality ones, but if ur an avid adaptation viewer like me, they have some super interesting finds.

for example, tubi has the 2007 live action tin-man miniseries and the 2017 magic land movie fantastic journey to oz dubbed in english (u may have seen gifs / screenies of it if you’ve been deep in the tincrow tag on tumblr) not only that, but they have the rankin/bass tv series tales of the wizard of oz & the strange animated movie the steam engines of oz (which i did watch, i don’t remember much of it though.) besides that there’s one or two more i think, but i would give tubi a go if ur looking for oz related media to watch!

2day i thought about that one scene from book 3 where dorothy meets all her friends again and she sits down with the scarecrow and the tin-man and they tell her about their adventures & it was accompanied with a drawing by john r. neil & had to stop what i was doing & just be like. wow 😭
