Paintball

So I played paintball for the past 2 days and this is most of the welts you can see. Doesn't include where I got shot in the head, the knees, and thighs. And then I thought of aliens

Alien: so let me sum this up, it's a game where you run alot?

Human: yes

A: an activity you actively avoid a all costs?

H: yeah running sucks

A: and have people shoot and hurt you?

H: well I am not crazy. I get to shoot back.

A: and this is done for winners rights?

H: well sometimes. The winner changes after every game.

A: and how often are these games, once a week?

H: well I go once a week and play for 5 or 6 hours. Each game lasts about 10 minutes so about 12 games a day.

A: so you get shot 12 times?

H: well sometimes more, sometimes less. Like if I am in the zone, I might not get shot all day. If I am playing against some good players or people who shoot fast and alot, I can get hit 4 times a game but that's rare.

A: and that is why you are covered in bruises that look like you fought what you call an octopus

H: yeah, I was not in the zone yesterday. And I did a dead man walking manoeuver. That did not go well. Got lit up like Christmas tree

A: *nodding, writing down notes* I am ordering you to see the ships physician and while you are at it, see the psychiatrist as well.

H: why?

A: *defeated sigh*
