After a year of deteriorating conditions and a severe lack of aid, Mohammed Al-Habil (@alhabil) & his family are in an incredibly dangerous situation. He and his wife are parents to 3 very young children: Ahmed (8), Osama (6), & Mira (4). Their children's elderly grandparents are also with them. Over the course of the last year, they've all become increasingly unwell, but right now Mohammed & his wife are terrified for their children and his parents.

All 3 kids have been sick several times and have been acutely malnourished for months. But right now, the lack of food is putting them dangerously at risk of starvation

Both of Mohammed's parents have diabetes & hypertension. His mother also suffers from osteoporosis and a slipped disc (her health in particular has severely deteriorated without treatment)

Winter just started and its only going to worsen their situation. Mohammed urgently needs to be able to buy food and warmer clothes for all of them (especially his children), and medication for his parents. He needs to raise about 2k as soon as possible to do this though, so please donate whatever you can !

I just watched @musashi Franmaya video and it's great! I couldn't watch all the parts since I need to finish game 3 but there's a whole lot of effort and care put into it. It reminded me of when I only knew AA through lets plays and animatics and when I saw franmaya as something I had little context for but could tell something special was there. A Plea for Hope: Surviving as an LGBTQ Refugee

Ever since I was forced to flee my home country because of my sexuality, life has been a relentless struggle. What once was home—full of laughter, shared meals, and a sense of belonging—was turned into a place of fear and persecution. My identity, something I could never change, became a reason for rejection, violence, and the unimaginable pain of losing everything.

Today, I find myself far from home, fighting to survive. Each day is a challenge—finding enough food to eat, clean water to drink, a safe place to rest, and access to basic medication. Hunger gnaws at me constantly, but the ache of loneliness cuts even deeper.

As LGBTQ people, we are often told that we are a family, that we are each other's strength when the world turns its back. I am reaching out to that family now. My LGBTQ brothers and sisters, this is my plea: I need help.

No one should have to face hunger, homelessness, or the terror of being unsafe simply for existing. I know that many of us have endured hardships, and some may still be walking through fire. Yet, I hold onto hope that compassion, kindness, and solidarity can carry us through.

If you are reading this and you understand the pain of being rejected for who you are, know that I see you. And if you have the ability to help—whether by sharing this story, offering resources, or simply sending words of encouragement—please do.

This isn’t just about me; it’s about all of us. Our strength as a community lies in how we care for one another, even in the darkest times.

URGENT: FUNDRAISING FOR BREAST CANCER TREATMENT

I have tried my absolute best not to seek financial help online, especially when our collective focus should be aimed towards the welfare of our Palestinians, Congolese, and Sudanese brothers and sisters. I truly have considered countless options before resorting to asking for monetary assistance but I no longer have the means to keep myself alive and my little family afloat. Following my father's death almost three years ago due to colorectal cancer, I was diagnosed late last year with Stage 2A breast cancer.

There's an even elaborate explanation on the fundraising page that I will be attaching in this post. Please, take some time to read it. I am our family's breadwinner, and I am only asking for monetary assistance because I no longer have a job/source of income nor is my previous company willing to shoulder my medical expenses. I am left to fend for myself and I have used all of my savings to afford numerous physical/health examinations and the prescribed medication.

I am going to attach photos of how disfigured my right arm now is, the evident lumps/tumors on my armpits and if you want proof of how the cancer affected my breasts, please directly message me. I don't think I can explicitly share the photos here. But to put enough context, my left breast shrunk into at least 1/3 of its original size.

I am sincerely sorry for being a bother, but if you have the means to donate to my fundraising post, please do. I badly needed all the help I can get so I won't be summoned to court and would be able to afford surgery on time. If you cannot donate, please kindly share this post. Muhammad and Mona are a young family with two beautiful daughters, 6 year old Iman and 5 year old Toleen. i have been keeping in contact with Mona on whatsapp for a while and the things she tells me are beyond horror. there are rumors of the border crossing opening soon, so they need funds for that (30,000$ for all 4 members of the family), but even more urgently - funds to just survive.

Iman and Toleen, these vibrant, fun-loving little girls are forced to go through WINTER in a thin, nylon tent with a torn roof! the outrageous prices of any clothes at all leave the sisters sharing a single pair of torn slippers. and somehow, their parents still need to buy food.

this campaign is stagnating, and the goal is a very achievable one. even if all of my followers donated 10 dollars, they would be set!

currently they need around a 1500$ for a new tent, and around 1000$ for winter clothes for the girls.
