WarioWare: Get It Together has an obscure Easter egg that can only be seen in the Level 2 variation of the Super Mario World boss microgame, when playing as Pyoro. He is actually able to eat the berries in the trees, which have the same effect as in the original SNES game (adding 1 to the coin counter in the top left).
Pyoro is the only one of the 20 playable characters that can interact with the berries, and they appear only in Level 2 of the microgame. As playing the Nintendo Classics stage indefinitely only repeats the Level 3 version after reaching maximum level, the player has only a single chance to encounter this per attempt at the stage, leading to this being unlikely to be discovered by the vast majority of players.

In the Pyoro microgame in WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgames and its standalone DSiWare version, Bird & Beans, angels come down and restore destroyed blocks whenever Pyoro eats a white bean.
An unused devil in the same style of the angel can be found in the files of those games, which would have presumably had a role opposing the angel, such as e.g. destroying blocks when Pyoro ate some hypothetical type of evil bean, or a similar scenario.

Pyoro/Bird & Beans for DSiWare is a standalone version of the Pyoro minigame from WarioWare: Mega Microgames. The official Japanese site for the game featured official artwork for the angel characters that fix broken floor tiles in the game when Pyoro eats a white seed. This is the only place where these characters have ever been depicted, as no artwork for them was present in the original WarioWare appearance of the game.

Audio
In WarioWare: Get It Together, Pyoro’s voice is created by speeding and pitching up samples of the voice of the game’s sound director, Masanobu Matsunaga. Here is what the voice sounds like with the distortion effects reversed.

Upon obtaining 40,000 points in the unlockable Pyoro minigame in WarioWare, Inc: Mega Microgames, the background will begin blinking in various colors. Due to the extreme randomness of the game and the steadily increasing number of falling beans up to that point, it mostly depends on luck whether a player would ever be able to last long enough in the minigame to see this effect.

The design of Pyoro, the recurring character from the WarioWare series and star of his own Nintendo DSiWare spin-off game “Bird & Beans” (left), is actually a reference to Japanese pop culture, as it is based on Kyorochan (right), the mascot of a Japanese candy called Chocoballs, by confectionery company Morinaga.
