Mine is being in nature for the most part, running around like a small child, feeling the earth between my toes, adventuring til my little heart is content, breathing life in. My feet were the muddiest they have been for sometime, I saw kangaroos being at one with their friends and fam, cute little fluffy headed ducks 🦆& rolling rapids. What you think, you become, what you want, you receive, it is simple really 🌱💕🍄 manifestation is a beautiful thing. I speak to the universe every single day whether it’s on my drive to work or when I have a few minutes en route to my next destination and thank her for every little thing I have right now in my current existence and every little thing I am yet to receive. It may be tiny things that happen, moments that I’m very appreciative of, people popping up into my world 🌎 or the things I wouldn’t even think to thank her for, I thank her anyway. Gifts are given from god on the daily and because we as humans just roll out of bed and throw ourselves into the day, into the busy working world, rushing to meet demands of life sometimes we tend to stay in that fast lane and forget to slow down and breathe it all in, naturally taking the beauty around ourselves for granted. I cannot say it enough to all, slow down, please stop and look around you 🌻 just be, if you need a day off, take it, your well-being is more important than your job and if you stop and think about your life, what you have and how rich you feel within yourself, that’s everything you could ever want.. you’ve basically won the lottery. Alignment is everything, when you are feeling a sense of happiness, you are more in tune and your awareness is heightened. Everything flows when your mindset is aligned. Your mind controls everything. My life is overflowing with love, the people that I have around me lift me, support and raise my vibration, my gratitude is oozing uncontrollably. I’m very lucky 🍀 Life doesn’t have to be complicated, get out of your head and into your heart and project the love inside of you wherever your toes take you 💗 Eat your greens, find a little time for yourself every single day and breathe in solitude, pick lemons off overflowing trees in the street 🍋 go for drives with no destinations, stop planning and filling every single second of your day and start living, dance in the rain, dare the chilly ocean in winter, take your clothes off and dance naked in the living room, kiss the ones you love often, if you love someone, tell them, be raw, be real & be present.
